I ha e had some body repair work done as well as some minor interior repairs fixed. The body shop is very responsive and has done an excellent job. Even though I don't like to get the damages, this shop makes it enjoyable to get the work done.I recommend checking out this place if you need any repair work done on your car. The ship is a little hard to find, but if you need to come in off the side road by Lowes. Then, as you enter, it should be the last shop on your left as you drive in.

My RV had a recall. I called to make an appointment and they got me right in. They actually found a second recall and offered to do that on Cell. They're doing it all for free of course and also sending me home in a Lyft. Great responsiveness from the service department.

So this is an updated review of this location fixing my girlfriends car after a large Dodge Ram hit her and took off, leaving her car destroyed. When we dropped off her car, everything went very smooth and we had no problems. They handled everything with her insurance and made the whole thing very easy as this was the first time something like this has happened to my gf. When we got the car back, it was like it was brand new. They fixed everything perfectly and Rose (my gf's car lol) is looking like a whole new car! If something happens in the future, we will definitely be bringing her car back to this location!

Can't believe Ford Dealership wanted to rip me off this bad $69,333 for a Mach-E no thanks. Nice car but didn't even bother trying to see how low they could go. I walked out and scheduled a test drive for the Model Y. 3 days later I test drove the Y and ordered my Y the same day directly from Tesla. I didn't have to worry about them ripping me off as it's a standard price, same price in TX, AZ, FL, CA. I'm so glad Ford Dealership turned me away. Dealerships are a rip off. May 31,2021

Run away from This dealership!!! They tried to make me pay 15k over msrp after already agreed to msrp price for new bronco Don't believe anything they say

"Lifetime warranty" on engine LIE! Upon purchasing a 2022 F150 on Black Friday 2022, was told about this amazing lifetime warranty I was told the warranty would be valid for as long as I owned the truck as long as I had it serviced once a year at any Ford dealer. As of yesterday at Shamaley Ford for servicing with VIN check, was told that was not in the system. This morning I called my sales rep from Viva (Chris Venegas) to ask the reason for that to find out it was all lies. Story is now that it has to be serviced at Viva Ford to maintain this warranty. So my decision to relocate for family purposes actually voids the warranty. Seeing how moving forward I won't be driving 1100 miles to service the truck.

Love the truck so much that me and my husband got!! The manager Hector Lopez was such an awesome and understanding person towards us! Would definitely recommend to go to him because he will definitely make you feel like a valued customer! Definitely come buy a vehicle here at viva ford!!!

Scheduled my work truck for service on Monday 5-6, was told mid morning that parts had to be ordered even though the repair was scheduled and they could have had them ready. arrived to pick truck up on 5-7 and inspected work performed. Found a third of what was charged for was not actually done but yet was still charged for it. Now i have to call my customers and delay my work because the ford tech decided not to do the job fully the first and yet still charge me and get paid for it.

Told now 7-10 days (5 days to diagnose issue-wasnt told such when made appt).Issue is blind side indicator intermittent, advisor taking care in said " turn signals, right?". Oh Lord now I know why I stopped coming here.

I had another great experience at Viva today. The Bronco I ordered came in and I needed an additional part. Chris in sales made sure it got ordered and Rico had it installed in under 30 minutes when I was expecting it in a half a day. They are always friendly and helpful. I never thought I'd do business with them but now I wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone else.
