Nice dealership. Most of the car dealers seemed cool. We had the displeasure of working with Allan. We just wanted to sell our Jeep should have been simple, but Allan had to drag things out by trying to help too many people at the same time, wasting our morning., then later evening. He also seems to be a bit of a homophobe, he would only speak to my wife and not me. We really should have walked at that point. But we accomplished what we set out go do with help from Bonnie in finance who was amazing. So long story short, its probably an ok dealership, just stay clear of pretty boy Allan.

My sales person was Chacon. Good sales guy but can't keep his word on free services that came with the vehicle purchase. Every time I went to the dealership to redeem the service he had an excuse. He even said the GM was aware and still couldn't do anything about it.

I so tired of being ignored by this place. I bought my truck a year ago and day one I had a problem with the UConnect in the vehicle. I have took it back to the dealer several times. Now I get this error message on my screen saying it needs to be taken to a dealer. The last time I took it in and wanted the radio changed out no one never called me back after the promised callback. The manager said if I had a problem ever again to contact him directly. Well I'm having the same problem but now they will not transfer me to the manager. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.... Stay away buyer beware

I bought a 2018 Dodge Durango back in January because I need a bigger vehicle with AWD to move to a colder location. I negotiated but I paid pretty much full price because I really needed it. So the only thing I asked was to include a remote starter which is very handy when it is freezing outside when I go to work in the morning. So the sales person I worked with Mr. Eddie Rios left the dealer for whatever reason and I no longer has any point of contact. I have already moved away so I called numerous times to figure out how the dealership is going to honor my deal. And the result was that no one rememebrs the deal and they are not going to do anything. I have text messages between myself and Mr. Rios to prove that he has been working on it since parts for 2018 model hasn't been released yet, which I completely understand. At this point, I have no one to talk to and no one, including managers, has not returned any phone calls with any answers. I am very upset now because I did not get a chance of taking a picture of the document where it says remote starter is included. (Mr. Rios said it was in the system, but it apparently was nowhere to be found.) At this point I also only have one key to the vehicle because I was waiting for the remote starter to complete but they seems to sticking to the "no written record" and simply transfer me to an answering machine. Just want to vent and warn everyone a little because the post sale service from this dealership is nowhere near to the pre-sale customer service.

I wish I could review different aspects of this place separately. Our salesman, Nate M. was top notch. 5 stars for sure. He went out of his way(even willing to travel to Mesa AZ) to make sure we got a good vehicle at a good price. The low rating comes from what we perceived to be dishonesty on the other side of the house. We made a deal and were told we would be getting bumper to bumper coverage for 84 months for a small additional fee to our monthly payment. While signing we noticed it got changed to 60 months and asked them to correct it. They corrected it, but I'm guessing still submitted it as 60 months. The only reason we noticed it is because we got the wrong vehicle and had to go back to signing on the correct vehicle. Otherwise we wouldn't have noticed until 5+ years down the road when we needed repairs and would then find out we weren't covered anymore. Word of advice, be extra vigilant and don't let your guard down when signing at Viva CJDR. We thought it couldn't happen to us. I ended up having to pay more to get the 84 month coverage because they said there was no proof that it was ever supposed to be 84 months.

Vista Jeep (El Paso, TX) service department did not want to service my Jeep Cherokee. Per the service manager, Vista Jeep cooperate policy will not service a Jeep vehicle with more than 120,000 miles of use. Manager stated they could not warranty repair with a vehicle over 120,000 miles. I stated I would wave the warranty and the answer was still no. I was planning to buy a new Jeep soon as Vista but will take my business to another dealer. Wondering what the Jeep Corporate would say to Jeep service/dealers that do not want to stand behind their product line....

I called to get an oil change for my 2019 Ram Truck, called for several days and nobody ever answered. I left a message, and still nobody called me. So I went in to see if I could get an oil change, using their "Express" lane; after waiting for someone to acknowledge me (15 minutes), I was told it would be a 3 hr wait.....so much for Express. So I went somewhere else and got my vehicle serviced almost immediately. I'll never buy there again and now will take my Viva purchased vehicle to another Dodge dealer for service. I've purchased at least 7 Dodge/Ram vehicles in other cities, will never purchase there again, by far the worst service Department I've ever experienced. Express Lane.....pppfffffttttt!!!!

I came to get an oil change and spoke with Matt at the service department. I asked if they could get me a lift to get home since the wait was gonna be at least 3 hrs. He mentioned they only can take you but can't pick you up. So I said "ok". I'll find my way back. The. I asked if they could check my check engine light and his next response was yes but they won't get to it till next week sometime. So I thought if I made an appointment it would be better so I could use my truck meanwhile instead of it sitting there in the back lot as he had mentioned. He said Nope! No can do! It just sits there till it's next in line the techs will get to it! He said this is a dealership and not an express lube place. I understand it's a dealership but for a car to be sitting in a lot for a check engine light is ridiculous. What happened with customer service???? Where they'd see how they could get the customer in and out as soon as possible???? I guess it's all gone now with that COVID has taken over. I'm gonna rethink of where I buy my next vehicle!

Honestly I would rate it negative 5 stars if this allowed it, it's been the worst experience I've ever had with a service department. Took my car in to be serviced and maintanced about 3 months ago. Got it back with the headlights cracked, took it in for repairs, going to be covered under warranty, they said it be 2 weeks due to parts being ordered. It's been 3 months and I still don't have working headlights. They haven't been able to provide a loaner vehicle either all this time because according to them out of the 4 they have to loan, none have become available in 3 months time. I'm tired of calling and showing up just to be told to call another day or wait until they call me, which they don't. The car ended up with a short circuit due to damage, that I warned them about as well, and I'm worried about my battery ending up damaged to the same thing. It's a 2022 vehicle, replacing headlights shouldn't take this long, or be this frustrating and inconvenient.

I've had multiple truck issues over the last year and have been to multiple vehicle shops to include Firestone Auto Care and Pep Boys. That being said, I've never dealt with worse customer service and the most careless service department in my life. I brought my vehicle in for services as my transmission was overheating and check engine light came on. From the day it was dropped off, I never received any calls, updates, or confirmation on what was wrong with my truck or the time/process of fixing it. 2 weeks of calling every day and getting the answer of "too busy" or "getting to it", let alone if they would actually answer. After 2 weeks, the job was partially done and still wasn't the fix. After bringing it back to get fixed once again, it was another 4 days of waiting for updates and receiving no calls. I finally picked up the vehicle (unfixed) and took it to a mom and pop transmission shop where I was nicely dealt with and the simple issue was fixed within 3 days. I cannot speak on any other departments or experiences, but I would never recommend anyone get services done on their vehicles at this location.
