Came here because all the jeep dealers in El Paso seem really overwhelmed and take way to long. I was so happy with the service I was provided. Victor T helped me and made sure to keep me updated. There location is currently under going construction so it's kind of hard to navigate but not to hard. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and kind. Will be coming back and recommend this place over places in El Paso.

Drove in with a broken side mirror. They ordered me a new one, made an appointment to bring me back and everything was covered under extended warranty. Service manager was professional. Job was done fast and no it looks and works like new.

Update: It is 22 October and I still don't have my car. They have until end of business day Friday this week to get my car completed and shipped or else I am having it picked up Saturday morning and brought somewhere that will do the work. I will also have a process server there delivering claims against the dealership and Jeep corporate that accounts for all the time lost since they first engaged in deceptive business practices under NM law against Unfair Trade Practices, as well as breach of contract for all the times "it'll be done", etc. This is what is is like when you have to deal with these people. They have lied to the point where legal action may be the only recourse I have to get my vehicle back after nearly four months of it being there, and the dealership having the transmission in their procession since 27 September.

all the way around bad service they had my son's car for 3 months finally got a call to go pick it up only to find out it was in an accident while on a test drive after repairs were made after speaking to mike sornson the service manger he was a good friend of the family thinking he would be a big help at the end ended up beeing a yes man for the company which i expected then was sent to talk to big man general manger mr hernandez only to get a run around at first now finally agreed on something and like a true yes man he also was a big disappointment the car was fixed but not in perfect condition like it was when we dropped it off to get it worked on this place needs to be looked at closely by the bbb of las cruces. now my son has a car that was involved in a car accident that was not his fault the car is not worth it's retail value any more they keep trying to tell me it was still holding it's value same as befor the accident can you believe that !!! gtfoh with that..... i thought viva was a great place to get a new car and great service but i was so wrong!!! never again very disappointmented with the whole experience i do have pictures of everything i am speaking of ... the owner mr dick holds his service to his customers very serious he needs to look in to this matter a.s.a.p. befor they ruin vivas customer service.....

Very disappointed with the service completed. We spent $1300 to tune up our 2015 Dodge Durango. We came to the dealership because we thought this would be the highest quality service possible. When we picked up the car8 days later, we were told that the tuneup was complete with a change in spark plugs and coils. We were told that the car had a compression test done and a test drive revealed the car was in good working order. When we drove away, it was immediately noticeable that the car continued to misfire. Got home and called the dealership only to be told would get a call back. We never got a call back. We continue to call on a second day, on a third day, on the fourth day, on the fifth day, each day we never got a call back on the fifth day, the engine light came back on. I also noticed that the spark plugs were changed but the coils were not. We spent $1300 to simply change spark plugs Lawson, one of the clips to the coil were broken. we were forced to take it to another mechanic which we were told that the coil needed to be changed. The coil was changed. The car worked wonderfully. Will be taking a car back to Viva Dodge service department.

After confirming on Monday Sept 4th and the Morning of Tuesday Sept 5th that they had a specific vehicle in stock, filed out information and financing and drove the 100 mile round trip to see the vehicle, Guess what, they did not have the vehicle. No call, no text, just let me make the drive and then explained they did not have the vehicle or the deal they made me on the computer just twenty hours earlier. So am out the time and the wear and tear on my vehicle. Will not trust in this dealership ever again. Waist of my time and energy.

Our Jeep sat at their dealership for almost 6 weeks with no updates, status, yet they drained one of our new batteries and went ahead and charged us for another one. Never in my whole life seen such pitiful customer service. They acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Tony the "manager" was rude, would not respond calls as he promised. Barbara was absolutely no help. They are way below mediocrity. We finally had enough and told them to release our jeep so we could take it to dealership in El Paso as we have to do before. But what a joke of a "business". After this instance we will never buy Chrysler again, and will never recommend Viva Las Cruces to anyone. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen.

Had a check engine light come on on my way from Dallas Texas on the way to San Diego. I made it about halfway and these guys got my coolant flushed and got me back on the road. Very friendly staff and would come back again!!!

While I love this truck, this dealership has one of the worse customer service departments we've ever dealt with. First off, you can not get an actual person on the phone. It's leave a message and hope they call back. Second, I purchased a truck on 9/2021 and paid cash and it is now December of 2021 and I still do not have a license plate or registration. Every 30 days they give me a temp tag. My suggestion is go to another dealership. We've bought our last couple vehicles in Tucson AZ and I wish we would have done that this time.
