Show room beautiful Vettes!
Massive crack in dash not disclosed. $1,500+ to replace, with labor. Dishonest.
Second crack. More common.
2 broken mirror folding motors. $750, each, to replace.
Broken rear window defrost. $80
Clearly broken, but undisclosed door pull break. Can't replace small part. Have to replace COMPLETE door panel. $450+++.
They did this to my step...
They don't even show the price on the vehicles. That's how bad the mark up is. Soon, dealership will be a grave site
Tried to hide it in photos, but crappy fix with zip ties.
The truck in question including msrp and sale price
Disintegrating driver's step bumper tread/cover. $100+
Didn't show disintegrating, driver's side step bumper cover. $100+
The window sticker from the exact truck
Nothing like a clean ride on a Saturday!!
Can't see cracked dash, nor broken door pull from here, either. Slick.
GM letter
Slightly flared arm pull, but clearly refused to show full break & zip tied/glue attempt to fix. $450+ to replace door panel.
My new ride!

Well, I guess I should start with an apology. I did not know you were so busy that it would take three days to get the car to a tech, then three days to get the results, and another three days to fix. You had my car for one day short of two weeks and tried to make me feel lucky that you rushed it to finish it in that time frame.I used to take my car there for ALL maintenance but I will try NOT to bring it there unless there is no other choice. Two weeks and $1000 to replace a thermostat cover. REALLY?p.s. I would have sent this private via survey but they changed my email to ensure I would not send a bad review.

has had my truck for over 30 days only provided me with a rental for 10 days and refuse to assist with another rental and hasn't worked on truck. Expect to pay for a vehicle to be in service for months And not get a rental for time.

I have called about my truck being broken down and for them to pick it up and it's been two months and I haven't heard anything from them. it sucks that I had to pay for a truck that I haven't driven but yet they want their payments to be done on time. Be aware of service here.

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst dealership in El Paso. I took my Chevy Malibu in for a transmission replacement. Everything is covered under warranty except the diag. When I picked the car up the service advisor Chris said I was good to go so I left, as I was driving I noticed that my car was starting to vibrate when I excelled to 40 mph and higher, and there were clinking sounds as if something wasn't tightened or something was going on, my car also smelled like cigarettes and my speaker was blown, so I called and spoke with Chris and he told me that because it's a new transmission I am not allowed to rev on it and that I need to drive slower and give it time there isn't anything wrong with it because it's a brand new transmission but if I feel I need to bring it back then to do so but the job was completed and fine and said the tech who worked on the car doesn't smoke and they are not allowed to use customer car speakers. I asked Chris if they had taken it for a test drive and he had told me now because I didn't leave them enough gas for them to test drive it and he wasn't going to put $5 of gas in just to test drive (they also had my car for over 2 months, my husband and I are not smokers, and my speakers were not blown when I dropped my car off). We went to replace my headlight that night and found a screw driver and rags in the engine we figure that was the sound. Then problems kept getting worse so I brought it back in. Chris told me he was going to charge me another diagnostic fee and they will look at it, they had my car for about another week and when I went to pick it up he told me that they couldn't duplicate customer concern and there is nothing wrong with my car and that the sounds I am hearing are the rocks hitting underneath the car while driving and that I don't know what I'm talking about and told me to ask my husband and he will tell me the same thing. Some months pass and the issue kept getting worse so my husband and I took it in again for the same exact issue except this was obviously worse and my car was now starting to shake and vibrate real bad while I was driving to the point we did not feel safe driving it and I needed it to be fixed before we moved to a different state, at this point I had gotten the service manager involved because of the treatment from the service advisor and the fact nothing had been done. Service manager said he will make sure it's done correctly, Chris again said that he will have the tech look at it, they had my car for a few days and said nothing was wrong with it they didn't charge me a diag and that everything was fine. I knew something wasn't right with my car. We got to the new state and I took it into the dealership and they found out that bolts were missing from the engine so it was hopping around while driving then the transmission wasn't put back together properly and it doesn't look like they relaxed anything or put things back together. I've tried calling to speak with the GM and the Service manager to get this taken higher and they will not call back and then I get hung up on. Most unprofessional establishment the fact that I was also charged for 2 diags and still couldn't find anything it makes me think they just stole money for a paycheck and did a shit job. The service advisor chris I delt with is very unprofessional especially for the things he had said how he had treated me and how he dismissed me all because I'm a female and told me to go ask my husband when my husband had also told him the issues we were having with the vehicle. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

Went in person and they put an extra $6000 on top of a vehicle because it's " high in demand". The website shows MSRP not the actual price. You should probably just post the pricing you are selling the car for.

The worst dealership in el paso, stay away from here, my friend wanted a new zo6 and there markup was ridiculous, they went to a better dealership at mission, no markup and already sold to new Z06 zero markups, they don't care about their customers.

8/16/21: asked for "trouble area" pics of a '13 Tahoe, from Seattle. Had a great 2001 Z71 for 18yrs, so wanted another. Pics sent & later found they were shot at angles to HIDE issues. (see photos)Asked salesman Chris D. 3 to 4X for "trade in" inspection & if "ANYTHING needed replacing?" Chris said "No, sir." He'd get report to me. Put $1K dep. & then $28,064.76, w/tax. Auto shippers declined route, so had to fly from WA. Chris repeated in saved emials/texts ... "NOTHING needs replacement," yet no "trade in" inspection. Used car mgrs. offers/inspections deduct for broken/excess wear parts on a trade, and they DON'T miss crap.I trusted VIVA, when I should've paid for local, independent inspection. Finally got docs/insp rpt. on the 26th, but it was a 3rd PARTY, not VIVA's. (NO responsibility for OMISSION?) ONLY tire plug & AC blowing warm. A miracle? AC/tire finally checked 8/30, as I was flying in 9/2, with 2,200 miles to drive homoe. Asked Chris to wash & top off gas. Didn't happen.Txt. Chris I'd landed. Get to VIVA,. I'm 55. Worst car experience, ever. 15 cars, total. Sales alerted mgr, Omar? & Chris. No mgr. meet for docs & I'm the only customer there. Chris came out after 15, looking rushed & sheepish, with ONE "travelling/temp ownership" doc.Opened back & BS started: FIRST ... rear defrost wire CLEARLY broke & carpet stains. Chris just stared like he didn't know. Disintegrating step cover, dent. $300+, total, but we were late leaving to drive to Albuquerque to get to visit friend's mom, who is 94.Got in & shut door. Grab handle plastic clearly, ALREADY broken & Zip tied. ($740 w/labor to replace one piece panel). Nothing needs replacing, eh? Stop to fill tank, which Chris didn't do. Spot a large gap/multiple cracks in dash above steering wheel ($1,326 to replace & an issue a CHEVY dealer would KNOW/disclose). Chris didn't send that pic. Hmmm. Driver's "lumbar control" was broken, too.A little later I tested the "Luxury Pkg." feature of "folding mirrors." BOTH Folding motors grinding, skipping & broke. Chevy of Everett, WA plugged in diagnostics & error code came up IMMEDIATELY, so VIVA knew. ($1,304+, for both) Over $3,500 in parts/labor a USED car mgr, or salesman would KNOW if they were "ETHICAL." It is a well known Chevy model at a Chevy dealership. Rushing me off the lot spoke volumes. CLEARLY I would have lowered my offer fairly to find some middle ground, or walked on the deal, if VIVA had been HONEST. Cost $25,500+++. Broken parts & labor NOT disclosed = $3,500. Nearly 14% in unethical non-disclosures. Plus my travel expenses of $1,500 for 2 flights, hotels, meals & fuel over 2,200 miles.Sent a final email to Chris & Mgmt. w/early estimates. No response. Sent "certified" letter @ 10/1 to VIVA mgrs. (Omar/Pat?) & owner( James Dick IV) with CHEVY of Everett repair estimate. NO response. Chris asked by email if the truck was "running OK," EVADING his dishonesty. Total BS. "We're charging you 14% extra ... you just don't know it, yet." Unacceptable. Also had to file with AMEX to get my deposit credited after 2 months. Did they think I'd forget, after realizing how unethical they'd been?Open to resolve this. VIVA can send OEM parts at their cost, I'll pay labor. There are non-Chevy OEM replacements & non-Chevy dash covers you have to glue down, to save $$$. But it was VIVA's choice to NOT disclose what was clearly broken, knowing it would cut their profits & not disclosing what it would cost to replace the items ... that makes it illegal under TX law. Do I lose that right if I'm buying a truck (in good faith) from another state? Is that how we should treat Texans if they come to WA state?***It's the TX "Business & Commerce Code" that covers "Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection," ... regarding where a "FAILURE TO DISCLOSE such information was intended to INDUCE the consumer into a transaction into which the consumer would NOT have entered had the information been DISCLOSED." You know what's in your court, fellas.

I went to viva Chevy and traded in my 2020 Tucson, they took my vehicle, I took everything out of the vehicle and one of my Matts (a very expensive one got left behind.) Next day I went back to get it and it was gone, someone stole it or threw it away. But the day before i called to let the sales guy know that I left it there. Today 06-06-2022 took my truck to be detailed because they owed it to me and didn't notice until I got home that there was a dent where the step goes. When I told them about it they said they can't help out because I didn't say anything there and drove off the lot. Becareful when you deal with viva Chevrolet because there acting like snakes. They backed my truck into something and didn't tell anything, not good service at all...

My family and I broke down in El Paso on a Friday night on the way to Houston. We had the suburban towed to Viva on Saturday morning. As soon as I arrived, David, the manager got me checked in and made me aware of programs offered by GM for assistance when in transit with a vehicle under warranty. He was empathetic of our situation and truly cared about getting us back on the road safely. The service team at Viva completed the troubleshooting and part replacement efficiently and got us back on the road. David even asked for us to let him know when we arrived home safely. We appreciate the great customer service and care shown to us. Thank you Viva team!
