After my car was hit in a parking lot, and the driver of the other car left after a serious hit to my car, I was searching for help for repairs. I started out with Ochoa repairs in Canutillo. While on first glance the repair looked okay but later realized that there had been internal damage to the sensors. My adjuster was the one that confirmed that the repair to the external damage was very poorly done and even reached out to Ochoa, and stated that Ochoa should return the money I paid to him since all of his work would have to be redone. After several calls to Ochoa, and him not returning my call, I reached out to others for the repair. After much discussion with several places including Viva Auto Collision, I decided to have the repairs done with Viva. They are the most professional and kind people I have worked with through this entire process. While I am still upset by someone doing so much damage to my car in a parking lot before 9 pm at Great American Restaurant on Como last December 16th, I am profoundly grateful to Viva. My out of pocket expenses soared since I had already paid Ochoa and the deductible, at least my car has been restored to its original beauty and it is safe to drive again as well. Thank you to the kind people at Viva - especially Fatima and Sergio.

I recently got a quote for them to paint some new body parts that I would bring to them. These were quality parts. Not only did they take a day longer to complete but when I picked the parts up, the paint was full of trash as if they were not painted in their spray booth which is to specifically keep all particles out of the paint! I did point that out to the manager upon pick up! Not only that but they damaged one of my new parts and did not bother to mention that! I guess because I was a woman they felt like they could take advantage of me! Do not bring your vehicle here if you expect quality work!

Service was great! I had an accident, a hit and run and they took good care of my car and it looks great! thank you so much!

Had my senior parents (retired) car for one night and charged them 450$ for a tow truck, " service fees" & over night stay which was not even secured or fenced in their property. They performed Zero work after the insurance totaled the vehicle. This during Christmas. Avoid at all cost, they take advantage of elderly.

Ate Farm referred me to Caliber Collison on Zaragoza which had horrible reviews. Viva was 2 doors down, great reviews from Doniphan location. Gave them a chance & I was not disappointed. My Blue Jeep Wrangler looks brand new. From start to finish they did everything they said they would. Thanks Andrew for your excellent service. I would recommend.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible, took my car in after accident and was very unsatisfied with the work. My car is silver and they were not able to color match my vehicle so I am stuck with one dark door. Took it in twice and they were still not able to fix it Erik never got back to me and didn't even try to fix the problem. They fixed something on my door and even dented my vehicle no customer service skills whatsoever save yourself the time and go to a business that's accredited by the bba.

I see why they have a one star. They take their time in fixing your car. Always making excuses.
