Villa Ciento Apartments

Since January 3, 2022 I've asked for repairs to be done in my apartment the only things that have been done are a door knob change and a chain in my commode when I bring up anything they act as if they do not understand what I need they have a copy of everything I have turned in that I needed to be done including the inspection when I moved in to this apartment. The women who are management are so petty over how you look that they literally refuse to do their duty and get anything done to help maintain their goals in keeping their tenants happy. I have given him several items including wall sockets that need to be done, tiles in my bathroom and kitchen that I fell on literally, The unevenness in my kitchen of the floor, my screens in my window have holes, my bedroom glass is broken and has been broken since I've moved in. A wall socket in my bedroom has been broken since I've moved in and many many more things that have been broken and noted on my move-in blog but they have refused to get anything done.

I lived here for just under two years (2011 - 2013) and I have to say that it is very reasonably priced, well run, the management is extremely nice and helpful, the property always felt safe, I never had any issues, and aside from the swamp cooling it was pretty much the perfect apartment complex!Every apartment complex has its issues, but as far as apartments go I really think you'd be hard pressed to find a better one for the price. Nice neighbors, safe (even if not all of the surrounding area is), reasonably quiet, good location overall, and very, very friendly and helpful management.
