Vienna Ballroom and Garden

The owner is very sweet and the venue is beautiful but we regret trusting this place. The groomsmen went to double check the venue 3 hours before the ceremony (the earliest they were let in and got yelled at for being 10 min early) and the place hadn't been touched from the night before. There was trash, the old decorations cigarettes etc. The venue is supposed to be all inclusive. The staff was rude to them and didn't help them set up for the event. They were told to put everything in the bridal suite they didn't want out. When the bride arrived there was nowhere to get ready and the groomsmen were blamed for putting everything in the bridal suite when that's what they were instructed to do. The food was incorrect and when the bride asked about it one of the staffed pointed her finger in her face telling her it was her fault it was wrong. Due to dietary restriction the bride and groom were unable to eat. Text messages with the correct food were provided and screenshots were available. Two kegs were supposed to be provided. Only one was and it was the wrong beer. Early on into the night a guest was told the beer was out. When the father of the bride went to check it was still full, the bartenders were trying to kept it for themselves. The staff was talking negatively about us and our guests assuming no one understood Spanish when the majority did. Many guest felt uncomfortable. Difficult time reaching the photographer they and have barely received all of our stuff. The wedding was over 13 months ago. Overall this wedding was expensive and what was supposed to be a very special night. Our memories of our wedding day are not what they should be. We didn't want to post anything until we got all of our wedding photos in fear we wouldn't get them.
