Victoria's Steakhouse and Mexican Grill

I've been here a few times with my family and they are always able to accommodate a large table last minute for our large family. The food here is sooo good but make sure to ask before hand if they have the steak you're wanting because they'll sell out fast. I'll most likely be coming back again because my Tia loves it here.

Your run of the mill Mexican restaurant with above average prices. Food is alright, comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. My favorite item was the deshebrada burrito, it had pretty good flavor and was a good size. It will sure curb a large appetite. The Arrachera, which was around $50+, wasn't anything to write home about. It wasn't as tender as I've had it at other restaurants and it was a little on the sweet side. I asked for corn tortillas on the side so I could make myself some tacos. I would say it's enough for two people. The lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. My mother and sister have been here for breakfast and they say it's a good deal. They prefer having breakfast here than any other time of day. The service was lacking, the waitress brought our plates and pretty much forgot about us. I got up and got out To-Go containers myself from the area they have them in. Gratuity will be included, which more often than not will be a ridiculous amount, especially if your waitress did next to nothing. Check your ticket.They do serve wine.

I really wanted to praise this restaurant, because of all the hype it has received, however I simply cannot. The food may look good, but it was not. The meatball soup was too spicy, and the meatballs were very bland. My daughter ordered a shrimp cocktail and a side order of bacon, she said the cocktail was too sweet, out-of-a-can taste, and the bacon was burnt. She ate one shrimp, one bite of the bacon, and left the rest. Sad. The restaurant is extremely loud with a large television playing videos, which drown out any conversation that you might want to have. The service was not very good either. The waiter was very nice, but we had to ask for refills, and I had to ask for silverware AFTER our meals were served. I wanted to bring my husband, but I doubt that I will. Not recommended. 2/5 :(

Been here a few times. We haven't tried the steaks yet but the Mexican dishes are good. The Chile Verde and Mole plates are awesome. The breakfast is awesome.....but, the service. Not all the servers, just some of them. It's like they drop your playe off and that's it. Come back to your customers and see if they need anything. Also, it's a little dingy and gloom...might wanna work on the ambiance. Food wise, awesome, prices, a little steep, service and all around ambiance needs work. I'll give it two stars because to me, customer service has to be spot on. I don't hold back on good service...I am am excellent tipper..

Stop! Stop! Stop! Do not order food from here!!! They do not have an online ordering system just a web page that tells you to call the restaurant for a carry out order....that said I have ordered for pick up from here more than once...yes the food is tasty but.... Every time, they mess up the order or miss half of the order. You want a nacho supreme... nope just beans and jalapeños with cheese and chips no meat... you want multiple plates nope you get one order of enchiladas. So bad on us for not checking the order before we left... but bad on them for not serving what was paid for. Honestly if it happened once..ok but seriously every time??? 50 bucks for meatless nachos and an order of Enchilada suizas. There are tons of great Mexican restaurants in El Paso and maybe this place is good for in person dining but if your going into a place try L&J's or Corralito's if your going to spend 50 dollars their are better places.¡Detener! ¡Detener! ¡Detener! ¡No pidas comida desde aquí! No tienen un sistema de pedidos en línea, solo una página web que le indica que llame al restaurante para realizar un pedido para llevar... dicho esto, he pedido que lo recojan desde aquí más de una vez... sí, la comida es deliciosa, pero... Cada vez, arruinan el pedido o pierden la mitad del pedido. Quieres un nacho supremo... no, solo frijoles y jalapeños con queso y papas fritas, sin carne... quieres varios platos, no, obtienes una orden de enchiladas. Qué mal para nosotros por no verificar el pedido antes de irnos... pero mal para ellos por no servir lo que se pagó.Honestamente, si sucedió una vez... está bien, pero ¿en serio siempre? 50 dólares por nachos sin carne y una orden de enchiladas suizas.Hay toneladas de excelentes restaurantes mexicanos en El Paso y tal vez este lugar sea bueno para cenar en persona, pero si vas a un lugar, prueba L&J's o Corralito's si vas a gastar 50 dólares, son mejores lugares.

Steak and food was excellent! The soup provided before the meal (lentejas) was some of the best I have tasted! Chef definitely has exceeded expectations!

Always the best food there. Normally we go for lunch or dinner and my favorite is the aracherra steak. Seasoned perfect. Went for breakfast and had there menudo. It was so good! Never a complaint about anything!

Fantastic food, big portions, and friendly service. This is my go to place when I am visiting family near El Paso. I love, love their red sauce enchiladas. Real enchiladas not Tex-mex. Our take out was ready in 15 minutes. They even offered to carry it out for us. Thanks Victorias!
