Office claims to take Davis insurance, however, they will charge you for the fitting and only give you 2 boxes of contacts instead of 4. So instead of the usual 10 I spend it was 105! I wanted to get in quick and it cost me :( do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place if you have insurance

Office staff helpful and knowledgable. Dr has all the latest equipment and takes his time to explain and listen. He quickly diagnosed and emphatically referred my husband for a serious eye condition thus saving his sight. We highly recommend.

I have been here before and this is my second review. Sadly today was not well. I didn't get past the check in desk. After verifying with my medial insurance and vision insurance I was told my diabetic exam would not cost me anything. As I attempted to check in however my life was changed quickly. Not only was there going to be a charge but the lady behind the desk said it would be two charges is I wanted a prescription. One for medical and one for vision. What good is an exam without a prescription. That's terrible. I decided that it would be better to cancel and call insurance and get a paper proof of costs. I'm not sure if this office is trying to screw people or double bill but either way it's not going to work for me. I like the doctor and he's great but I think I will be looking for a new optometrist. Not thrilled guys. Just because you're in the map doesn't mean you can act like bad people.

The only reason I put one star down is because you can't put no stars. Others on this review page have the same problem that I'm having.....The STAFF at the front desk. She needs to get a job where she dose not interface with others. Dr Sandoval has been great for many many years and has done a great job. I will truly miss him. His prices were not the issue, I thought we had a good relationship. I'm sure there are other offices that would be glad to have my business. And from reading other reviews Im not the only one. GOOD SERVICE TRAVELS FAST...BAD SERVICE TRAVELS FASTER!

This is the second time we have been here since COVID. Staff are rude, looks like they're annoyed to do their job. No knowledge of customer service. no emphaty.

Second time visiting. Had an upsetting experience. They are not transparent with their prices and what is and is not covered by insurance. The doctor's recommendations changed from one visit to the next. Questioning whether he knows what he is doing at any given visit. My site had minimal to no changes from one visit to another. Yet the recommendations were vastly different. Would not recommend at all!

I have used this office for a several years, Dr. Sandoval is a great doctor but his staff really sucks. Over the years Adriana good day or bad has always had a horrible attitude and treats you as if your bothering her and how dare you annoy her with your questions or presence. This is the same attitude she has given to several of my family members and when I brought it to the doctors attention he dismissed my complaint by saying she was just having a bad day. Well thanks but no thanks 3 years is one to many for a bad day.

I have been seeing this doctor for over ten years. He has been great! I have been out of town and forgot to take my contacts. I called his office, and they called in contacts to an office in the city that I was in, and the best part they were free! I know I can count on him! His office staff has changed over the years, and some have been great, and others not so much. But I still trust him, and appreciate the job he does for me and my family.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any type of doctor. Dr. Sandoval (I supposed) walked in without introducing himself to me. He was rude and very un professional. He made snarky and extremely rude comments about how I looked in my current contacts and the fact that I was unsure of my exact contact prescription. I am pretty sure I was over charged. The receptionist told me once price and then when I went to go pay it was more than she told me less than 2 minutes ago. I will NEVER go there again!! I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone!!!
