Verde Salad

We had to stop in El Paso on a 3 day road trip and stumbled across this place because it was close to our hotel. One of the best road trip meals ever! The salad and the wrap were so good. We were too exhausted to take photos. However, everything was so fresh and well seasoned. Shockingly good for the price. Please come open a spot in Tucson! I'll be first in line.

The Mexican Cesar salad was absolutely delicious. This is a great place if you want a nutrient dense meal. It caters to vegans and vegetarians. You can create your own salad or order a specialty salad. There is an option for wraps and you can add additional proteins for an additional cost. The inside is spacious and there is a section to order juices. Daniella's customer elevated my experience. She was sweet, patient, and allowed me to try their lemonade before purchasing. Prices were reasonable. I pray one of these comes to Northeast El Paso sooner than later. I can't wait to go back.

The beef stew was SO GOOD that I had to come back during my work trip! It's not your average beef stew. It has potatoes, corn, lots of vegetables. It was so flavorful and the meat was so tender! If only they had some bread on the side to dip in that would top it off!I also got the cucumber lemonade and WOW!! This has to be one of the yummiest drinks I've had in a long time. BOTH OF THESE ARE A MUST IF YOU GO! Don't skip out on either of these, you won't regret it!

We have found our new favorite restaurant! Verde is a beautiful and inviting restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food!The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The menu choices are many, and their cucumber lemonade is out-of-this-world! We most definitely will be returning, and we recommend it enthusiastically!

Please support this business. We need more healthy, fast food spots on the Eastside. Every ingredient was fresh and oh my goodness the cucumber lemonade was on point. This is a Chipotle style restaurant but for salads and soups. I love all of the options and sauces that are available. I was told that a juice bar is in the works too. Yes please

Salads good just preparation could be a little nicer, they could have mixed it all the way and cuz the protein right instead of just however and not fully cutting the protein. BUT the cucumber lemonade is delish way better than the on in the mall but on the other hand the people at the mall are so much more nicer and thorough with ur order making sure it's up to ur liking. Service is fast and the kids are good at what they do just not as neat lol. They also forgot a couple of things in the salads.. so most definitely gonna make that drive for the better salad

This is my go to salad spot when visiting El Paso. My personal favorite is the buffalo chicken with creamy Greek yogurt dressing. I like that you can build your own salad and that they cut and mix for you on the spot. It is a tad pricey but worth it when you want quality healthy food.

So my husband and I decided to check this place out because we really wanted either soup, salad or sandwich and we couldn't decide. We walk in and there was 3 restaurants; Bravo Wings & Pizza, Verde Salad and Deli Street. My husband ended up at Deli Street and he ordered the Philly bread bowl soup. The soup was cheese and very creamy, more like a chowder than soup. The bread was delicious and it was very filling for him. He really enjoyed it. I ended up getting a salad at Verde and OMG! I'm such a fan now! They have salads that already have all their ingredients in it or you can make your own. I ended up making my own and the way they made the salad was so interesting! I saw the chunky pieces of lettuce and was initially disappointed by it but then they took out a mezzaluna and chopped up all the lettuce and Spinach making it bite size instead. They have an amazing selection of toppings and proteins and then, they surprised me yet again by how they mixed the salad for me! And their cucumber lemonade was so refreshing! It was overall an amazing experience and I am excited that I found my go to salad place in El Paso!

Very good, tasted very fresh. Service was quick. Just kinda pricy but I argue the serving size was a good.
