Bright and clean!! Super chic! Excellent job on my nails! Picked a lovely red, sparkly gel color. But they have a vast selection of colors. Definitely a place I would do a girls date or bridal shower event! Every one was great!! Complimentary margaritas and drinks!

My daughter got her nails done and they are very professional. The workers there are nice and the atmosphere is good.

It was my first time coming to Venice Nails I got an amazing pedicure! The lady was so sweet and did an amazing job with my toenails! oh yes, the massage chairs are so relaxing I did the mind and body category and I got soo sleepy! Then I got my nails done with a different lady and she did a good job Thank you for a pleasant experience Venice Nails.

1st time.They took me in as a walk-in.No wait time before 2pm. Clean place. A bit rough when taking off my dip, she wasn't careful buffing. Don't be surprised if you get charged 6$ for shaping your nail, even when you don't ask for it.

*SERVICE four stars I was a walk in so there wasn't a wait and took me right in. Very welcoming not very talkative while doing my nails but I don't mind he wasn't rude nor was anyone. *CLEANLINESS FOUR STARS WAS SUPER CLEAN Love that!!!... I'm always looking to see how clean a place is. HOW DID THEY DO ...I think my nails came out wonderful! I was having a bad day and came here to get a refill and they did my nails within 30 minutes and did an amazing job! Thank you Bryan :)

I called last night and the person didn't put my name or info into the appt spot so when I called the next day to bump the appt up half an hour they were confused but still scheduled me! There was much confusion on what I wanted when I got there, but it ended up working out! I would recommend signing in when you get there so you're in the system, and I hadn't and so they were super confused whether I had actually come in two days prior or not. Regardless, they redid my nails for free and they look so much better! Didn't charge me. Shape is a little too square for my liking but they were really awesome. Will def go back!

I went here 2 days before I left town to get a gel change and a pedicure. The girl was named Ivy, she didn't speak English well. My first impression was of her laughing,, she said spoke to fast, well she doesn't speak the language. She gave me a "CBD" pedicure, No massage, just the products quickly rubbed on and, rinsed. She stated she only wanted "easy" clients. My pedicure was mediocre and 2 days later the polish is peeling off. I called and they said there is "NO" refunds. I was on my way out of town. So I could not go back. All and all, I do not recommend this salon, bad service and way too expensive for below average work! $ 120 for gel polish change and pedicure which was below average. My nails were also horrible which she said I needed a new set. Not by her, she is rude and has little skill.

My daughter and I went to have gel manicure & pedicures and we even asked for upgraded spa service. It was the worst jobs ever. My daughter's pedicure was so bad, she asked the gal to forget about gel manicure and just polish her nails. She couldn't even do that or even apply lotion and buff nails. My own gel is already peeling after less than a week and she couldn't be bothered to roper my file my nails . Additionally, not only do they expect cash, the receptionist roles her eyes and treats you as if she's doing you favor. Don't even expect a small bottle of water. This was the second time I've tried them. The first was not great but I chalked it up to an off day . I will never set foot here and recommend you don't either.

nail technician did a good job, but there was a bit of a language barrier. I had asked for a real clear flower that I had seen on their advertisement board. Instead, she painted some dots and put glitter although it came out nice it was not what I wanted. She did not understand. Also, it's hit or miss with the hospitality. Sometimes I'm offered to drink or refreshment. Others not. Part of getting your nails done. Is a getaway relaxation. Some thing you do for yourself. The five just wasn't there today.

GIRLS OF EL PASO PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! unless you want to blow $100 on nothing! I went in to get some gel x nails because I could not find any other place (I don't like acrylic) and I regret coming here for this. I walked in and it automatically felt like I was an inconvenience for a group of ladies. They had to dispute a price and the lady doing my nails was filing it with the machine and she was so distracted she filed too short on one of my nails and hurt me because of her lack of attention! Good luck getting the design that you want because the English communication is HORRENDOUS! I tried to get a star on the mountain design with an ombré background for short nails and she said it would cost around $200-$300 ! HOW RIDICULOUS! On top of that I have to have shorter nails for work and when I said that, the lady gave me a nasty look and said "she could not/ didn't want to work on short nails". I tried to get a coffin shape but my nails were " too short". I wanted to get another design on my nails but the total would have cost $125 so I just went with this design of $95. How ridiculous. On top of that the nails are uneven and not even painted correctly. She only took an hour on this and didn't even take her time to make sure it looked good or how I wanted it. One of my finger tip is UNEVEN like how is this acceptable. I go to get my nails done to relax especially after work but this place wasted my time and my money. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I would give no stars if I could.
