Vaqueros Over the Fire

Soooo good! We split the Birria Taco plate & the tacos are some of the best I've ever had (& I'm from San Antonio). Rice & beans were excellent as well and the Lemonade was the bomb. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I've always wanted to try this place so I came from Midland. The location was a bit hard to find so a drove around (@ owners I would recommend adding some flags or something for us newbies) - I realized I passed the place a few times and the black color of their sign easily blends in with the color of the building. When I finally got there, the cashier was incredibly nice & the food was excellent! The website does not have an official menu so I'm posting here if anyone wants to try them out. The breakfast egg rolls were tasty & the strawberry cucumber lemonade was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. The girl told me that 9:30-9:45 AM is the sweet spot on Sundays as people come after 10 or so directly following church service. If you're around the area, highly highly recommend this place! Will be back!!

Food is unique and amazing, the hot chicken is great! They also have some good loaded fries/nacho options. It can be pretty busy so I recommend a call ahead, or be ready to wait a while at lunch time

Food is great and large portions. Service is perfect. So friendly Highly recommend the green chicken enchiladas plate ( Wednesday special) plus Quesabirria tacos and Quesabirria egg rollz. If you like a hamburger then get the All American Smash burger with cheese fries. WOW I'm hungry again!!!!!
