Great place!! Came in with a question about my tank. Thought I would need to buy replacement items. The two gentlemen were polite and very informative!!! They've got a bunch of sales going on too!! What I loved the most is they didn't try to upsell me at all!! Place looks great. Any questions you have about vaping, they're the place to go!! They won't make you feel overwhelmed at all.

The customer service here is next level. I'm kicking myself because I can't remember the names of the people who have helped me out the 4 times I've been in this shop... I walked in with little to no knowledge about vaping and a solid desire to quit smoking. It's been a few weeks of experimenting with flavors and nicotine levels but I am officially smoke free. The employees have been extremely helpful with walking me through the process as a first time vaper and their discount program has made all of my experimenting a lot easier on the wallet.
