This is a very small store but they have pretty much everything you need to cook Mexican food. All kinds of canned food, tostadas, veggies (they're very cheap too! I bought 8 limes for $1) etc... Also they have a good selection of meat for carne asada! I was looking for fresh corn tortillas and my friend recommended me this place. They do have just regular prepackaged tortillas by the cashier but if you want fresh ones wrapped in a paper, go to the back where you get meat and you'll see a few cooler boxes. Inside the boxes you can find warm fresh tortillas! I'm really excited to go back and check out what else they have next time when I have more time!

This is a nice, clean small store, however, their business practices in the meat department are quite shady, I went to buy some chuck steaks they had at $4.99 a pound,I asked for 3 pounds, and as it's common practice, it came to about 3.6 pounds, to which I was ok and actually asked for a couple more pounds to freeze, after I had the attendant to remove some to get it as close to 2 pounds, it came to 2.19 pounds, so in total I had about 5.8 pounds. I then asked if they had the option to marinate it, they told me it was a charge of $2.50 so I declined, then the young lady told me they'd do it for free (most meat stores do that) so I accepted... well the such marinating was any thing but free, they poured it on the meat in the plastic bag and re-weighed it, so, the total weight went from under 6 pounds to 7.55 pounds, so, they sticked me with almost two extra pounds of this liquid at the same cost of the meat...See the math:5.8 lbs @ $4.99 = $28.94 (what I would have paid without the "free marinating"7.55 lbs @ $4.99 = $37.67 after they poured the "marinate"Total up charge for the "free" marinate: $8.73Yelp asks the public to be kind with business as they are struggling... well, they should realize their customers are as well, so they should be honest and fair as well.
