Some reviews on certain sites are literally from staff. My car insurance went up after I moved hereRoad noiseMy door won't seal properly (even after attempted repairs)Random garbage all over the placeI've seen, at least three or four times, that stairways had to be repaired since I've been here (I've seen the same stairway repaired twice)Forced to pay for cable (the price has risen since I've been here)At least once a month, I have to have a part of my sink replaced because of sediment build-upThere's a quick, cheap coat of paint on my countertops that comes off way too easily when I clean.Lots of people around here feed stray cats. This attracts other pests, as well. The cats roam around in literal gangs spraying cars. There's cat poop all over the place (they won't show that in the tour)There are holes that go under the buildings (for ventilation?), and people remove the grated covers that go over them so that the stray cats can live under the buildings. This causes my apartment to smell like I own a cat. I don'tSometimes (especially when it rains) my bathroom and storage under my sink reek of cat pee and it makes my throat hurt. This is probably because of all the cats living under the building.sometimes my whole apartment stinks to a lesser degreeWhen it rains, I can't open the window, because the rain makes the air outside my window smell like cat peeThe loud noises of cats fighting/fornicating can be heard almost daily.A cat even wandered into my apartment once.A notice was given that, due to "fire safety", only patio furniture and plants in "attractive pots" are allowed on patios. I had to throw away the broom I used to clean the random garbage mentioned earlier, but many tenants still have bowls on their patios for the stray cats. One guy even has a big, overturned planter so that the stray cats can have their babies there. The complex apparently does nothing about it. I asked him to stop feeding them/at least clean-up after them, and he refused. The cat problem has, of course, gotten worse since I've been here. It's pretty expensive for the kind of place it is.I ignored similar reviews before moving in.The staff is friendly, though
