US Post Office

This post office has some of the worst customer service ever. They do not accommodate themselves to helping anyone if it means actually doing a little bit of work. If your house doesn't have a mailbox, I suggest installing one to avoid having to come here.

So I normally don't do this but, I was at the post office on Wed and WOW, I was in line and all of a sudden some lady, assuming she was a supervisor, yelled at the clerk all nasty ! If I would have walked out if I were him, he looked so confused as why she was tripping! Very unprofessional to say the least. He kept apologizing to us. The other customers and I looked at each other like what is going on! Anyone know where I can make a formal complaint against this crazy lady?
