US Post Office

Feb 2021 The US Post Office on Boeing just like all the others post offices in the United States is a busy establishment. Yes, often the lines are long and slow. Yes, they could have more staff working. Yes, their machines could work better. Yes to all. At the end of the day what makes this specific location better than any other in the area is its location. Pretty much the heart of El Paso near the Airport, parallel to Montana Avenue. Additionally, this location has a huge parking lot and easy access to drop already stamped mail drive thru from your car.

This one's pretty straightforward, far as post offices go. But one thing that sets this one apart from the George Dieter location is that the self serve machine almost always works. Usually.I'm gonna be honest: I rarely come here unless I need to drop off a package right-quick. And since the only other time I ever dealt with a live human being was when I picked up my second passport back in 2019, I couldn't comment much on customer service, other than to say it was....decent enough. Nothing to write home to mother about. But....decently okay.I think the thing I will always appreciate most about the "big" USPS in El Paso is the efficient self service and vast amounts of facilities which contribute to such a pragmatic system.Say what you will about the US postal service. But this place gets the job done, for the most part. What would I change? Probably add a second self serve machine so the lines aren't as long if folks are just trying to print stamps and whatnot.US Post Office on Boeing gets 4 packages in the drop box out of 5.

I love this location because of the drive through drop off boxes. It does have set hours that are open later than most but it should be known that they do have boxes out side so if you're ready to go, come by. The inside is also open 24 hours so you could technically get things done with the kiosk. They have mailboxes so that is why the other part stays open after regular business hours.

Clerks will become rude to customers due to their lack of patience from performing the duties their job requires them to do. This location (Boeing) house incompetent employees who are young, lazy, and terrible system abusers to just name a few (bad apples). Not to mention I worked with more than a few pathetic Veterans in this plant location!

Drive over here for nothing. Their self service machine was down. I will never come here again

They have provided friendly & quick service every time I've been there. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

Gentlemen with glasses denied my package although I took the time to create a shipping label and there was nobody there not busy at all he couldn't help me at all. Denied my package due to "corrosive stains" which is weird because the other USPS store said it was fine but they just told me I had to print out the label and I decided to come here since it was on my way home to ft bliss. Literally a few minutes ago I had my package on the ground which caused the stains but according to the gentlemen up front it was "corrosive" pretty ridiculousUpdate (NEXT DAY)Just dropped off my package at another location the staff inspected the box and no problems at all, they took my packageI don't understand I approach everyone with respect. This location probably has racist people behind the counter because why wouldn't he take my package unbelievable

The reason for the 1 star is because the usps carrier either losses or steals the packages and once you file the claim for the lost package they will decline it.

I live on Burges Dr, we USED TO have a very good letter carrier, until YOU GUYS rotated him somewhere else. Now the one we have doesn't even bother to pick up mail you have going out. My insurance pmt. was almost late because three days straight he walked right on by and didn't even look up at the house to see that the flag on the box was up. I was watching out the window and he didn't even look! He has ear buds on and is talking on the phone. My grandfather was a letter carrier years ago, when the whole route was walked with a big leather bag. Now these guys have their little cars, and still can't pick up mail, really? All of us can't get out and look for a mailbox, I believe that it is his duty to pick things up! Also several months ago I placed a change of address, and the mail still comes to Burges Dr. No wonder the post office is losing business!

They either lose or damage your package, and have a no care attitude about helping you.
