Urban Gyros

Food: 4/5Service: 5/5Value: 4.5/5A very chill order at the counter and seat yourself atmosphere. While I thought the food was a bit expensive, I quickly changed my mind when it came out. There was so much food, and they didn't skimp out on meat or veggies. I would definitely recommend the urban or white sauce on your bowl, as it added a nice creaminess to the otherwise drier textures. Great for a road trip meal, strongly recommend!

We were on a road trip and stopped by Urban Gyros for a quick dinner. We were quite impressed by the portion size & the generous amount of meat! We got the bowl which comes with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and jalapeños upon request. I got the urban (cucumber yogurt) and green sauce (which isn't that spicy). The portion sizes were so large we were able to take home the rest for a second meal! Great for a quick hearty meal.

Urban gyros is now one of my favorite spots in El Paso! It's so hard to find decent ethnic food out here and I'm glad that we know there is a good Greek option now!My husband and I tried Urban Gyros for the first time today. Surprisingly the place was empty for it being a Saturday afternoon. I'd think with how good their food is that they'd be more busy.Nonetheless, we were excited to try their chicken bowl with white and red sauce. I also wanted to try their loaded queso fries with the white and red sauce as well.The guy working the register was friendly and helpful with any questions we had regarding their menu and sizes of their meals. I'd definitely say that the bowl and fries were more than enough for my husband and I to share.Next time I definitely want to try their gyros! We will be back in the future, for sure. The wait wasn't too bad, all of the food tasted very fresh. Both my husband and I agreed that Urban Gyros is one of the best spots we've tried so far out here in El Paso! Five stars for delicious food and good, quick service!

The service is excellent; they bring it to your table. Awesome ambiance, a real relaxed setting. The food is fresh and delicious.

We had originally driven out to this side of town for PokeBar, but they were slow to open and we were in a rush. We'd been eyeing Urban Gyros since they opened and decided today was the day to give them a shot. They offer bowls, gyros and salads with your selection of protein with numerous veggies included. You choose a sauce, which was only described by level of heat and not flavor. Husband ordered double beef gyro with orange sauce as well as the (overpriced) hummus with two pita. The cost was in the mid-$20s.The pita with the hummus was great, warm and fluffy. However, the hummus itself was dry and bland. Luckily since we were eating at home we do kick it up with some lemon juice and garlic and that helped tremendously. The gyro... was even less impressive. The "double meat" wasn't worth the extra $5 for the small amount extra you got. After asking staff about the sauce, we decided on the orange sauce, which was the second hottest. Unfortunately once we got home, we found the gyro covered in sauce, which lived up to being hot... but virtually flavorless. It was just pain with no payoff. Do not recommend returning.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past it but I am surprised with the taste of the food. We were passing through Elpaso and were looking for some place with vegan options and this didn't disappoint usThe falafel was great and they have some good number of dressings to choose from. The staff were accommodating. Overall quick pick up spot or a quick dine in spot.

Great food, fast service, great host, clean location would definitely recommend this location

If you're looking for a traditional gyro to sooth the cravings, this ain't it. It's like the Chipotle of Greek food. Not bad, but not what I wanted when I sought out gyros. The food itself isn't bad. Options are plentiful. The loaded fries were very filling on their own.

Food was great. I got the falafel bowl with urban (tzatziki) sauce. It was very filling, and satisfying. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was very clean. I'll definitely be back again.

Love it. Something different! Pick your base pick your protein type, pick and mix your sauces. Create something new every visit. Follow it up with a Shake or try a build your own burger. It's all good.
