I received a notification to join an online "free" consultation in order to receive services. I have very unpredictable internet service a could not connect to the online and now I cannot even been considered to receive service. The most inequitable process I have ever heard of, services from this company are for who live in urban areas with sustainable internet service. Might as well just serve El Paso, Texas and forget you are in New Mexico.

I've been a patient for a year now...and Dr. Hernandez decided to terminate my treatment due to the fact that I've had 2 no show appointments. In one year of my treatment only twice I have not been able to show to my appointments due to emergencies. The entire year that I was being treated there NOT ONCE did they tell me about this policy. I was fully aware of a $35 fee for missing an appointment which of course I had no problem paying the first time I missed. When I called to try and explain myself..all they kept telling me was "sorry but there's nothing we can do". It's very disappointing coming from a mental health clinic. I wasted a year at this place and got no results. Don't make the same mistake I did. Anyone reading this, I encourage you to find somebody else. Thank you Dr. Hernandez for nothing. Ps. the other good reviews are fake. They were offering gift cards to anyone who writes a good review.

I am so disappointed with this place. I don't understand how they supposedly have good ratings. My husband who suffers from mental health issues thought he could contact them after trying several different places, therapies and counselors to get his medications on track. He's been given several meds and unfortunately none have helped much with his depression or anxiety. So he filled out their paperwork and they stated they'd call him back to have him come in for an appointment. We were so excited to finally get someone to put a medication management program in place that would finally get him to start feeling better. So they called him and told him something so ridiculous I've NEVER ever heard of. They stated that Becca he'd been prescribed anti-psychotic drugs in the past and had high blood pressure they could not see him! WTF? Really? We were going to be self-Pat and they couldn't see him? Omg! What a pathetic disservice they are doing to those that truly need the care! Sadly this is why mental health is where it's at. Unprofessional businesses like this that aren't there to help you when you need it most.
