Went to buy liquid to go with me to China! They put it in bottles approved for airplanes and travel! Now that's going above and beyond! Very knowledgeable and customer service was phenomenal!

So after years of smoking, I had tried everything in the world in order to quit. Nothing had worked, so I turned to Vaping. I got myself a nice starter kit, and bye bye smoking. After a few weeks, I decided to upgraded my tank. I came in, they got me hooked up, and I was on my way. It wasnt 25 minutes before I had to come back in because the tank I purchased just was not going together properly. The guys took a while fighting with the tank, and were finally able to get it together the right way. Grateful, I thanked them and headed out. The tank worked fine for a bit, then started flooding and leaking all the time. I fought it for 2 days, and then went back into the shop at the first chance I got. When I showed the manager what was wrong, and they took another look at it. When they found out that it was just a badly machined part (an occasional byproduct of mass-production), she immediately exchanged my tank for a brand new one. The got it all set up and made sure the new tank worked properly, and I have not had a problem ever since. To make a long story short, these guys care about what they are doing, and they strive to make sure the customer is taken care of as well as making sure the customer enjoys the best vaping experience possible. Up in Vapor prepares their own E-juices, and they have a large assortment of flavors to choose from. They also carry other brands of E-juice. My favorites are Elvis Pie (Up In vapor) and Colonel's Custard (BRV).

For the second time in a year, they were out of the flavor I use and it is my understanding it is one of their best selling flavors. They have been out a week this time and I am done doing business with them. A 3 year Customer waving good bye. When I called on Saturday, they said the Dyer Street shop should have it and I could drive there. Here's a thought, you drive there or keep up with your inventory better. I also note here than none of the "rave" reviews are from this year even.

I only come here if my usual shop is closed as this one stays open pretty late. Well, 2nd time in about a 7 month time span and this is the only shop where my vape juice tastes horribly after the first few drags. After that it tastes like play dough. Idk if it's one of the employees not knowing how to mix their juice properly but it was the same guy this time around as well. I asked for The Stunner and claimed he didn't know how to make it as it's only at the NE location....yet the flavor is on their menu at this location. The first time back in February I asked for Sanger de Tigre and claimed he didn't have enough strawberry but could make it work. No clue wth is going on but this is the absolute last time I ever come here. Either get better quality ingredients or better employees, whatever fixes the problem for future customers.

I didn't notice too much patience nor did they care much when I asked about any flavor recommendations. Good selection of items but staff could be a little more attentive when being asked questions. Coming from California, it didn't have a lively atmosphere either since other vape shops I've been to staff seemed to interact with you and bs with you as well. Might have been an off day when I went who knows.

I have been shopping with Up in Vapor for more that 5 years. Lately the new staff has been very rude and do not take initiative in assisting customers as they previously would. The store manager on the East Side location is extremely rude and not helpful. Very cocky individual. Wish I remembered his name but there's probably a reason why I don't!! ID rule is not even in effect most of the time. Many so called store policies are only used to their convenience. Children were allowed in that store plenty of times. Store policies stink!!! I purchased a kit exactly 5 months ago and during those 5 months the E cig was giving me problems. They never agreed, or should I say never wanted to exchange my item. I always took the box and receipt along with item and they would always TRY to fix it. Finally e cig gave up and I took it to the store for them to tell me they couldn't do anything about it. No written store policies as far as a 30 day warranty on receipt or no signs anywhere in the store. Word of mouth store manager says!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really!!!!!!!!!!????????????? They are extremely polite individuals when you're going to spend your $$$$ but when time comes for your merchandise to be returned or exchanged they are RUDE and basically the customer is S.O.L.!!!!!!!!!!!!! No customer service skiils what so ever!!!!! I will never return to this store again. And if you don't like your job............................................get another one and treat your customers with respect!!!!!!!!!!!!
