Poor workmanship from the initial installment of the tint. There were bubbles and imperfections on the back window. I can't believe Lexus referred me to this shop.

This place was awesome. Very fast and professional same day service. I had two cats done in the same day and they were finished by lunch! The staff was very nice and explained everything. Will definitely go back and refer all my friends.

UPDATE decided since I already had to go back so they could fix the first horrible tint they did I would just pay to do the rest of my windows. Why go to another place and have to leave my car all over again . Worst mistake ever.After some time received a call by the shop to ask if It was okay if they removed my defrost completely to do the back window I then said no it was okay to leave it alone they said okay NEVER once mentioned they removed half the tint it originally had already.the owner Robert confirmed with someone at his shop that they never mentioned they had started removing half the tint if they had i would have said just finish it then.they returned my back window like the second picture.I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional.Mind you I paid extra for 5 year warranty which I am now not even getting anymore.The problem was Robert the guy in the front was nice and polite nothing against anybody else but the owner Robert

Exactly what i asked for! Although it took a few minutes longer than the guy said it was gonna take he said it would take 2 hrs, it took about a hour and 20, but i got exactly what i wanted which was great and got a military discount. I definitely recommend these guys.

This business is very unreliable to say the least.Took my car at 9am and was told car would be ready at 12pm. Flash forward to 2pm and I am told the car is not ready. Even at 6pm the vehicle is still being worked on. Simple rear window tint and tail light tint.I informed the manager on the situation and he said he'll talk to the employee who told me the vehicle would be done at noon. Absolutely no customer service skills and very unprofessional.The manager then proceeds to tell me that there were vehicles from the previous day and that "someone should've told you". I absolutely would not recommend this business.

This is not the place to get paint protection film installed! They did a horrible job on my 2020 Tesla! There are bubbles throughout the film and EVERY SINGLE EDGE of the film is visible! Two edges were torn AND PEELING!!! They didn't even clean up after themselves! My windshield had a ton of spray residue all over it and my wheels did as well. I hand washed and detailed the car prior to dropping it off. I expected it to look the same or better when I picked it up!!! They have ZERO attention to detail! The only reason I chose them was the military discount... You get what you pay for.... I had them remove the film immediately!
