We ordered two cabs from this company (8 ppl) to head out for a night on the town. We were told the cab would be there in 15 minutes. When one arrived, we were told the second was on its way. Turns out the company sent the same cab to take two trips from our hotel to downtown, resulting in over an hour's wait to get our night started. When I called the company to ask for some sort of discount for the wait, they said it would be up to the driver. The driver refused to give any discount, and barely even acknowledged that this wait was unreasonable. If you're looking for a ride, call someone else. Taxicab 709

First time using. driver was 15 minutes early for a morning flight picking me up at 0830 and did not try to go a longer route. Much appreciated worry free drive. Will use the next time I need a cab in El Paso.

Extremely not happy with the service. Have used them twice before this last time. which was just 5 minutes ago. Poor service every time. And as they say, 3rd times the charm. This last time, which seems to be pretty consistent, I called for a cab and the operator told me 15-20min. 30min past and I called back to see where the cab was, and the same operator told me she couldn't get a hold of a cab in the area. If that was the case, do the costumer the favor of calling back and letting them know.

Very unprofessional company. I had to call 3 times to get a cab. The first two times I was immediately put on hold for about 15 mins which didn't bother me at first being that they might have been busy but after each hold the operator just hung up on me. Finally I was able to get through and was assisted by a very rude operator who never sent a cab. I can see how it might have been a very busy night but the courteous thing to do would be to not say a cab would be able to come.

Unfortunately it is impossible to leave a review with fewer than one star. The reason for the existence of a cab company is to give people rides to destinations of their desire. I'm curious as to what this company actually does? We were supposed to be picked up in "20 minutes max." After calling multiple times and waiting 45 minutes our calls were no longer being answered. We just decided to drive ourselves after waiting almost one hour. We couldn't cancel our ride because our calls were no longer being answered. They NEVER called all night to say they finally arrived. I can only assume that if they did show up we would be over charged like many others who wrote reviews on here and google.
