They showed up on time. Had great communication via text & phone calls. Got estimates up front & they remained the same price once the job was completed. They took care of the permits & everything! We definitely recommend them & will use them again.

It seems like every year I have to call a plumber out to repair a leak in the water sprinkler system/ shut off valve contraption that is ugly as sun and site right outside my front door. The top part has rings inside and they crack or warp. Last year the entire pipe cracked. What a pain. So this year was no different- and then to top it off, my front yard faucet AND the back one too were leaking! This year I called Union Plumbing. What I love about them right off the bat, is that a nice lady (yes a live person) answered my call instead of an answering machine- and it was the weekend. She told me the earliest they could get someone out was today but the would squeeze me in if there was a cancellation.They had a time window of when they were expecting arrive and I got a text message the night before as a reminder and another one this morning when they were on their way.Two really nice guys showed up and the showed me everything and explained everything. They had a tool that can sense water/ a leak inside the wall and that was a blessing- although Luciano would have loved it if these guys started cutting a hole in the side wall so he could have a doggie door! So they replaced the part, had me run the sprinkler for two minutes and rechecked for any leaks- it is nice and dry. Then they went o to work on the faucets, front and back, and replaced parts there also. Everything is nice and snug now!Best part is that when I went to check in on Yelp, they had a 5% discount coupon for the labor costs!!!! This came in handy today for sure. All in all, I am thankful they were able to see what they needed without tearing holes in the wall. They were on time and the service from the phone call I placed to them taking care of my property (rolling up the hoses) was A+++.

Completely reliable and excellent communication. Fixed a wobbly toilet and installed a kitchen dishwasher. Everything was installed without hassle, always kept me informed of unexpected (unforeseen) things as they arose. Will definitely keep them in the Rolodex. 10/10 would recommend.

No one will return my calls. Left message saying we need help.Don't he a 915 cell number but state that I live in El Paso and give my address still no call.

I'm shocked to be the first review! I've been a loyal customer since 2016. Ruben Cortez is the most professional, responsive and courteous businessman I've met in a very long time. Mr. Cortez shows up when promised and gets the job done in an efficient and speedy manner. He NEVER leaves a mess for me to clean and his prices are extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Ruben and his team and I can also guarantee they'll exceed your expectations.

Both of the technicians were professional. They did a good job with the work and cleaned up after they finished. Everything regarding my bill was explained to me.

This was the third, and last, interaction with this company. The warranty company i use hired them originally. The office staff was argumentative and very unprofessional. I told them that their prices were high, they exceeded the warranty cap. I asked to cancel their job, but the "worker" (owner).did it anyhow and i had to pay.I called the warranty company and told them to NEVER use this company account on my account... and then a clog happened. They used these people... again. This was a simplle clog that took them too long to get to and complete. 1 star.And then the shower handle broke.. Warranty called out, you guessed it, this company! They wanted $1400 for the same job a 2nd plumber quoted ne $575.... the part was $175... how can anyone justify this type of overcharge?I told my Warranty that if they EVER use these people again, ill cancel HOW CAN THEY BE OVER DOUBLE THE PRICE??? I suggest calling around for a professional and honest company, because in my opinion, this one missed the mark... 3 times.

I was given a quote for 1300 for installation of a new hot water heater, I okayed the job. After they completed their work they informed me the price was almost 1600. They did not honor the quote, or even inform me (I was home the whole time) of the price difference until AFTER they were done. I felt completely blindsided. I called later that day, and so did my husband, but no one of authority ever called us back. Very disappointed.

Came out and checked my grandmas house for a leak for no charge. There was no leak in any of the plumbing but they let me know it was likely a roof leak. My grandma lives alone and I didn't know where or how bad the leak is. They were able to give me a good description and idea about who to call next.

Great job, showed up on time, did the work as quick as need be, and they showed up following Covid 19 guidelines.Highly recommend them. Will use them again.
