Umami Ramen House #2

Really good food and really big portions. Brought my family here and they ate everything. Service is good. The place looks nice on the inside as well. Their Ramen is really good. They also have Chinese food, which is pretty good, but I would opt for their enrollment if you're deciding between the two.

Unami ramen #2 is a new oasis for ramen lovers! I visited the restaurant as I am a big fan of the first location on N. Mesa and Confetti Road. The second location for Umami Ramen House was established in 2023, by Li's brother and his team. They serve the same fresh authentic Japanese Ramen in a modern and casual dining environment. Umami Ramen broth is made from scratch with chicken, which cooks over high heat for more than 10 hours daily. This process unlock delicious flavors held in the chicken bones into the broth. This process of broth making gives the soup base a rich and creamy taste. Service is dedicated and efficient as Grace is very attentive and helpful.

With such a wide variety of dishes to choose from, guaranteed to find something for everyone. Moved here from Los Angeles and I was looking for a new ramen place in El Paso and I have found it. I ordered the Miso Ramen, undoubtedly delicious and has such a hearty broth. It's all prepared with care and attention to detail as seen by the presentation of the bowl when it's brought to your table. Rich broth, noodles cooked perfectly, and fresh ingredients. Definitely satisfying your cravings and leave you craving for more. Orange chicken is made to order and is fried in a Japanese traditional way. Definitely will be coming back and becoming a regular there.

Nice little joint. Food tastes authentic. Service was pretty fast. Everything tasted made to order. I had the Kung pao shrimp and that was spicy. I substituted rice for noodles for an upcharge. The noodles were flavorless. My kid had the chicken black garlic ramen with tofu which he really enjoyed. We ordered the cream cheese wantons as well as the shrimp tempura and both were yummy. We drank the coconut bobba and that was my favorite.

Really love that they have a 2nd location! The ramen was delicious and the different ramen varieties helps for us choosy foodies! I had the chicken ramen and a green tea matcha boba with brown sugar pearls! Everything was great and the service was even better! Great food variety with additional non-ramen options! Check it out! Very low quality food! The Fried Rice was hard! Not well cooked the only part of the lunch I liked... was the egg dropped soup

The inside was super cute , the overall ambiance was nice and welcoming too. The service was great , the food was AMAZING. The boba tea was the best boba I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and service. A 10/10 .

The food has a really good taste overall. Had the tonkotsu ramen, pork is very well cooked. The broth has a rich taste and the noodles are excellent. Wife had the chicken ramen, she liked it very much. For appetizers we had pork gyozas, edamame's and a miso soup. The sauce on the sides for the gyozas is a little spicy. The soup is from a clear broth, very good taste. The edamames were really fresh.Also had a chicken teriyaki, it has quite a few onions. They add to the flavor. Service was quick and on point. Ambiance is calm, restaurant is nice and clean. Less than a dozen tables but with good room. I ver all a good choice for ramen on the west side. Will definitely come back.
