TYJ Plumbing of El Paso

The Plumbing Guys, also known as TYJ Plumbing, are amazing professionals! When I called them I was very worried about a leak under my kitchen sink and they arrived within 30 minutes and got right to work. Quickly, they explained the problem and reviewed with me what they would need to fix and quoted the price. Soon, they had completely fixed my large problem. They finished within about an hour and everything was done beautifully! The excellent workmanship was reasonably priced. Also, I loved the way they explained everything as they worked and showed me what they were doing. I was so relieved to have found these very positive, happy and hard-working gentlemen. You don't find service like this very often, and I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs! 5 stars and highly recommend!

They did decent work and showed up when they said they would. They're extremely pricey though, and up charged me over $1,000 for work I later checked online and found to be about a quarter of the price on several home improvement reference sites. Good work, but watch the price and compare.

They did an awesome job, and they even worked on my water heater, so all in all I was very pleased with all the work they did.

Do not hire them!!! I had a water leak Quin came to detect the origin of it and first told me it was caused by a part on my water heater. He charged me $280 for the part and $495 for the leak detection. After replacing the part, I still had a leak. He then said the part didn't work and the water heater needed to be replaced. Charged me $1500. I left out of town and came back to still having a water leak, which damaged an additional room. Called him back and it turns out it was never the water heater but a pipe. Obviously, I had to get a second opinion since I could no longer trust Quin. I have asked him several times to refund me the so called leak detection and have gotten nowhere. The only thing he refunded me for was the part $280 and I had to ask, he never offered to refund it which would've been the right thing to do. In addition, my house is only 2 yrs and 4 months old and I still had warranty on my water heater. Before they took the water heater to Home Depot I asked them for a breakdown, cost of new water heater, cost of their labor, and the refund amount. I was told I would get one, never did. When I brought it up he said he couldn't give me one because it would be like giving the secret sauce to McDonalds. This company has caused delays, more damage, and money out of my pocket. And based on other bad reviews, he will not take any accountability. But believe me, I have proof. Contact me if you want 9158508120.. [email protected]. I gave this guy plenty of time to do what's right. And even though he made me buy a new water heater unnecessarily, I just asked to at least refund the leak detection, but he has not responded. Believe the bad reviews!! This company is unethical.

To be fair, I can't comment on their work. Once I got a response on my inquiry, I scheduled within one minute, got a confirmation, waited 4hrs. Then I received a message saying, "Sorry we did not get the message in time and the guys left the area." So unprofessional. If you are looking for a professional who is responsive, these guys are not it!

Toddler had flushed something down the toilet clogging it. They were able to send out Quin the same day for a very reasonable price! Quin was quick and clean with the service!
