Awesome team! We had four guys (Mike, Dimitri, Oscar and Elijah) come to your house to do a short move to our new home. The team was very respectful and fast. It only took 7 hours to move all of our stuff from our 3 bed 2 baths apartment to our new condo. They also put together most of our major furniture in our new place. I will say the 4 stars only because the price was kind of steep at $1700, plus tip was closer to $2000, but we didn't have to lift a finger. All in all very satisfied.

If I could insipid rate 0. The laziest people works for this this company. Two men and a truck were the worst movers I have ever worked with and after 16 years in the military system that's a lot of moves - maybe 7 or 8 altogether and one was OCONUS to Germany. And again nothing even come close to the Charlie Foxtrot that ensued with Two Men and a Truck. We got off to a bad start when they refused to take apart things like my tables and bookshelves because they told us several times that they were busy and needed to speed things up. I told them that I'd never been involved in a move where my stuff wasn't broken down otherwise not everything would fit a and the non-broken down items would be more susceptible to damage. And of course I was right with some damage occurring with every piece that was not fully disassembled. That alone was infuriating but the worst of it is how they treated our things. To be honest It felt like a violation. For example my framed medical degree that likely cost around 350 to Frame (at least) back in 2005 was found literally wedged between the tailgate of the moving truck and the rest of my items. It was not covered in anything and I'm sure whoever put it in there new that it would get damaged but it was the end of the day and they were tired. But yes - It was severely marred and will need to be framed again. They also wrapped the central body of my piano keyboard in a blanket but left the ends exposed. So of course those ends were marred with gauges and paint chipping off. It's just one thing after another. Probably the biggest lame-brained move they did was pack the new replacement hard wood that we had just received to fix part of our floor before leaving it for the next tenants. We told the team emphatically. DO. NOT. PACK. THIS. We need it to fix this house after you leave. What did they do? Packed it. Or course. Which left us needing to pay over a hundred dollars if we wanted to send it back. What did break was the furniture! But guess what? When I submitted my claims picture by picture they said the head office refused to even look at them because that prior agency had done some of our packing and so it's impossible to tell who did what work. I was like hey I SAW you move my furniture. I saw that you put no packaging around my framed degree. I saw that you took none of my desks or bookshelves apart despite me asking you time after time - and it was these very same bookcases and desks that sustained damage. I even have some video about it. Those other guys didn't touch the furniture and it's the furniture that's the problem. He said well you also signed a waiver which makes us not liable for any claim you could make against us. I'm like such a claim cannot legally exist and if it did you certainly didn't tell me about it. But if it does exist please show me. So far he has showed me nothing. Then he changed tactics and told me that "it says here" that you didn't provide us with enough packing material so that must be why they didn't pack it safely enough. So you admit it wasn't packed safely enough! Great! But I would never in a million years tell you to skimp on packing materials. That's nutty. And in fact my invoice shows that I was charged 500 dollars for packing - so clearly I did my part. But more importantly I rented 50 blankets from UHaul for extra packing if they needed it and they used a total of 18 blankets. 32 blankets were returned to UHaul because Two Man and a Truck didn't think they needed them. But they won't consider our claim because we didn't provide them enough packing material. Makes sense. All I can say is that it felt like a violation having our personal possessions treated in this way and when the response is so cold as to suggest that it's my fault for not providing packing materials or to blame the prior packers even though they didn't touch the furniture - it's more than a little enraging. Two Men and a Truck were 100% responsible for negligent treatment of my furniture and they want to do nothing about it.Stay far far away from these guys. They have zero compassion for you of your situation. Not once did someone apologize for what happened or attempt to see why someone in my position might be upset. It was just a flat no with one explanation after another.

After 36 years in Portland, Oregon I moved back to El Paso where my remaining family lives. I'd arranged beforehand for Two Men and a Truck to unload my 15' truck full of belongings into my new apartment once I arrived. These guys were freaking awesome. They arrived timely and were ready and eager to go. They unloaded the entire truck in less than two hours, and let me tell you, I had a lot of furniture and fragile art and objects, etc. They were careful yet quick and actually made moving day fun. They also were very kind enough to, upon my request, put my bed frame together, which was a pain in the rear. I loved their professionalism and super fun personalities, including the very nice office folks who called to check on me and how things were going. I am one picky gal and I watched these guys like a hawk. I'm giving them a good review because they truly deserve it. They worked very hard. Thank you so much, Two Men and a Truck, for taking the stress out of what is usually a very stressful day for people, and for doing such a great job! If you need a couple of guys to move you or unload a truck and you want very reasonable pricing, this is the place, seriously.

I hired this company to load a moving truck only. They sent me three men. Upon their arrival I reviewed with them what was going into the truck and what was staying. Some items that were supposed to be left behind ended up in the truck. What should have taken approximately 4.15 hrs took 8 hrs! Loaders only loaded. I dismantled all my beds, covered my mattresses with mattress covers and also dismantled a desk. I helped take boxes out by the truck in an attempt to help them load quicker, unfortunately it did not. After a conversation with the owner, he sent out a second crew to finish the poor job the first crew had left. To say the least my washer and dryer had been forgotten by the first crew. But the second crew was able to take some items off the truck to fit them in. I had to rent a hauling trailer to bring the rest of my items. The truck was poorly loaded. I personally would not use them again. If I would have been sent the second crew from the get go, I believe the experience would have been different and I would have avoided spending an extra $500.00 on renting a trailer.

And again nothing even come close to the Charlie Foxtrot that ensued with Two Men and a Truck. They were negligent. They didn't adequately protect our breakable and our furniture with padding. At one point they just wedged my medical diploma between the tailgate and the rest of my stuff so that it would surely get crushed. They didn't care. And after I submitted my claim they said no. You signed something that made us free of any responsibility should anything break. No way in hell would I sign something like that but I asked him to send it to me and no response. Thousands of dollars worth of damage. Zero concern be two men and a Truck. Less than zero since they told us it was our fault for not providing enough packing. Even though they brought the packing snd charged us 500 for it. This company should hav

Never call this company!!!! you will be so sorry. They damaged numerous items during our move. Before they even left the house they had broken the legs off my desk ive had for 12 years, Ive moved it several times myself without damage and these guys destroyed it in 5 minutes!! After that we decided to move all of our tvs, mirrors , lamps and shades ourselves. So glad we did. Then they took their sweet time unloading while i was being charged by the quarter hour. Then the delivery guys are the ones who calculated my bill......seriously!!! They also charged an additional $600 above our estimated quote. Every day i unpack something i find more damaged items. Yesterday it was my wicker chest, the whole side of it has been ripped off, today is was the refrigerator, the front has three scratches and dents, they broke off one of the back wheels and now it sits crooked and wont roll at all. I had pictures frames that had glass broken or the entire frame broken beyond repair. Ive got over $2000 in damaged items. Just because they say they are "licensed and bonded" does not mean they are FAIR AND HONEST"!!!!! dONT USE THIS PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TORTURED

Great service. The two men who helped me move were on time, respectful, extremely helpful and efficient, and even helped me carry the items out that went in my car. Highly recommend for your next move.
