Twisted Fork

Me and my crew were visiting in from Fort Worth and were looking for a quiet chill place to grab a bite. We stumbled across Twisted Fork and it was superb!! The ambience is very pleasing and the bartender Jacob took real good care of us. He explained the menu real well, answered all our questions and actually took the time to get to know us. 10/10 recommend this place if you're in town Visiting!!!

Great food. Good service. Who chooses the music? Horrible for dining. 80% over 70 y/o. Can't Truss It by Public Enemy etc, etc.

I stopped by and wanted to try this place out. The food was excellent as well as the service. This was the old Crave on Resler that relocated. The set up is very similar bit a little more lighting. I had the burger with sweet potato fries and my wife had the salmon which was very flavorful. My daughter had the chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. Recommend giving this place a try.

A couple of weeks ago, I went for lunch at a location that used to be Crave. We ordered the green chile alfredo, braised short ribs, and I got the stuffed portabella sandwich. I took away one star because they didn't have fries available due to a lack of oil for frying. Instead, I paired my sandwich with mashed potatoes. My dish was good, and I have no complaints. The pasta was really tasty, although the dish it was served in made it a bit difficult to eat without spilling.The prices on the menu seemed high at first, but our server, who did an outstanding job, informed us that they are not paid on tips. Instead, they earn a commission based on the total bill, which I haven't encountered much in El Paso. We did wait about 20 minutes for our food to be served, which felt a bit long for lunchtime. However, I understand that the location is new and they are still finding their rhythm. Overall, I would be willing to come back again.

This hidden gem offers a unique fusion of Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisine that will tantalize your taste buds. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was great too. One interesting thing to note, when it came time to pay, we discovered there was no option on the check for leaving a tip. When we asked about it, our server explained that they take great care of their staff, which was a refreshing surprise! Just be sure to bring cash if you want to leave an extra tip. I ordered the baked penne, and it was nothing short of divine. The pasta was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned, making each bite a delight. My husband opted for the TF burger, which was equally delicious and bursting with flavor.Twisted Fork is a fantastic spot that beautifully blends different cuisines into mouthwatering dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a culinary adventure in West El Paso! You won't be disappointed.

Unique little spot! Really upscale vibe but very welcoming! We were excited to try this new place, and we were not disappointed. It has a completely new look and beautifully done. Food was delicious with a different creative take on what would otherwise be considered regular dishes. I ordered the pulled pork tacos from the appetizer menu because i wanted something small but it was so delicious. I think a nice avacado cream/ sauce would have been nice but it was really tasty as is as well! Sweet potato fries were great as well but a little marshmallow dip would have been a nice addition. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was so tender and juicy. Only one other time in my life have i experienced chicken that well marinated and juicy and tasty! May sound like a simple chicken sandwich but that chicken was exceptional. Menu had so many more amazing options but we were looking for a light lunch. Drinks were okay. Next time, Ill get a mule or mojito.Service was really amazing. We appreciate great service like that! We were never in need of anything and service was so friendly and helpful.

Food, service and ambiance would recommend! Try the TF dishes first. I hope they keep adding new dishes. Everything was so good!

Nice place, we went for a quick lunch, the place was not busy at all, we were seated and apparently the owner was sitting at the bar and getting all the attention from the servers. We waited for about 5-8 minutes before anyone approached us with menus. The server finally showed up and informed us that the owner was at the bar and that he would be taking care of us, kinda weird. Anyway, we finally ordered after being told in great detail about their tipping policy, that it's not required, and so on, again, very weird. Finally got served our meal, and it was comparable to Ripe on Redd Road. Nothing really stood out to us as the menu was similar to Ripe. We had the burgers and the chicken sandwich - it was okay and we may return hoping they get all the kinks out of their grand opening and the owner allows servers to tend their tables! It's worth checking out and judge for yourself!

This place has an interesting premise in that servers are paid a salary and tipping is not required. Based on that philosophy, items are priced higher to support having properly compensated servers. Their menu has a good variety of offering. The owner/ chef and chef do come out to greet patrons. I will say all the items had a good presentation. The bad part was that nothing out of the appetizers and entrees we ordered was particularly tasty. There was nothing that I ordered that I would consider returning for. In fact the dishes were mediocre at best. Hopefully they can tweak their recipes to offer a better dining experience.

Absolutely loved!!!! Delicious food, excellent service. Our waiter was so kind and friendly. The food was fantastic! Just the kind of place El Paso needed. We can't wait to go back!HIGHLY recommend!
