Tuxedo Rental Shop

I would not recommend this shop. We attempted to use them for our wedding. Set everything up in advance. Sent in measurements as we had been instructed. They had our colors and seemed to make the process easy. Then, when we arrived in state to pick up our tuxes, they did not have one for the groom or one of his sons. They 'attempted' to fix the problem by offering a stained shirt and pants two sizes too large. One groomsman was misquoted on the price. Another was given his tux without the alterations finished. He didn't realize until he was home there were still pins in it. Every individual had to pick up their own tux for additional fitting, which was not what we were initially told. The groom ended up having to go somewhere else, after almost two hours of trying to 'figure it out.' After he left, another hour into the process, a second staff member arrived and said she could find him a tux and he should come back, we did not take this offer as we were already late to our own rehearsal. They are low-cost compared to some of the other options in town but it is not worth the risk of being left without anything to wear.
