Tuxedo Emporium

My experience with Tuxedo Emporium has been positive. They did the rentals for all juniors and seniors of Radford school. This is part of the May Fete Tradition. The service wad attentive and dedicated. I found their pricing on the high side as compared to other rental places. Their selection is fair but nothing out of this world.

I do not recommend this place there o ser price and the quality in there tuxedos are awful

My son was part of a Quince this past weekend and we were instructed to use this place. We had a positive experience. I paid a $20 deposit at fitting and ~$60 at pickup. We didn't get shoes bc he was to wear black converse. He got a jacket, pants, shirt, bow tie, suspenders, and cufflinks. He looked very nice. He has two other Quince practices going on so if we use this place again and have a different experience I will update my review. I only give 5 stars for businesses that go above and beyond and we just had a standard positive experience.

Nothing but good things about this tuxedo rental business. I went in and my measurements were taken within 10 minutes, they offered a wide variety of tuxedos for my wedding and suggested some. After I made my decision and paid my deposit I was on my way. The week before my event I was able to try it on and make sure it fit well and to my liking. The suit felt great, conformed to my body just how I wanted. My guest at the wedding all loved it. Upon returning the suit I had no issues whatsoever, I was in and out within 5 min. Definitely will use again if needed.

Need to add more. Terrible follow up service. Your 1st visit will give you the illusion of attention to detail. Your final fitting, you'll feel rushed and any issues you mention will be brushed, with comments like " that's how it's supposed to be" or "looks fine". I don't recommend this place.

my son has needed a been to several special events for Quinceñeras and homecoming dance each time we've used Emporium tuxedo services has been excellent and price reasonable highly recommended thank you

Not a good place at all.. I was part of a wedding party .. they offered some people a $60 dollar tux and others a $110 for the same tux??!?? They over charged 4 people in the wedding party!!!! They also charged a 5 year olds tux $90!!!! That's just ridiculous!!! I'm sure there are way cheaper nicer places that don't try and con you even in the same wedding party!!! Don't go there !!!

This place is totally bad when it comes to help out. They measure you for what you still get the wrong size anyways then they can make up excuses or say it falls on you. I paid $87 for small pants and the vest was to big. I ended up putting my jeans and had to put safety pins to make the vest fit. I could not even get credit for the pants at least because I did not pick them up myself. I guess they expect me to leave the party to get the right things. What is the point of going and taking measurements if I still need to go pick it up and get fitted again. I have gone to other places and they work with you this place is bad and I wouldn't recommend you spending money there. Look around there is better customer service for your business.

Please beware as prom/graduation nears. They fitted my son and still gave me the wrong sizes and they will hold your money/refund hostage. My son wears 33/32P, 14S, 40R jacket, they gave me 38/39P, 16S, 38R the day before prom. I returned the tuxedo the next day and at $200 they refused to give me my money back. Please be cautious. We had to rush to Men's Warehouse and purchase one for $700, there was no time to look around.
