Tuscany Halls

Good space for an event, Tuscany Hall provides ample space for a banquet with dance floor and other nooks for support effects to your event.Last night our organization held its annual formal. The venue made it easy for them to get an all in one. They had open space to receive folks coming in. That included a nook that had a photo booth (included).The event allowed for live and DJ proctored music, but for whatever reason the sound for the live portions of the event were not as loud as the DJ that may have been connected to the sound system. It seemed like the sound over the dance floor was plenty loud enough.I like that they have a dedicated parking lot. Our event organizers arranged for security and it felt safe The light effects were pretty good. The mood from the ambient light was sufficient to make it seem intimate, but not so dark that you couldn't find your table or trip over the tables.The caterers, who I'm not sure were part of the venue were lacking. Their team on the ground were nice, but the food was meh. I will leave it at that.There were three different bar areas, the main bar was towards the back and had the longest lines, but if you're a beer guy, they had a separate trough/bar that had shorter lines.I felt Tuscany Hills provided our event organizers their moneys worth. We had a great time.

Ok so, this venue is absolutely beautiful inside. There was plenty of convenient parking and guards at the door checked bags; they were friendly and helpful. The decorations inside were festive and elegant. The entertainment folks were top notch - a young man with a great voice entertained us with jazzy Christmas Carols as we enjoyed happy hour- they had three bars set up. It was lovely. The table scapes were similar to some high priced weddings I have attended. So now for the food. Well- the snacks on the table were not fresh- they must have been sitting out awhile because the pretzels had gotten soggy sitting in the snack cup with the grapes and cheese. We had to flag someone down to get our water glasses filled. They brought out the salad and it was a typical salad for these types of events, but the wait for the main entree took forever- I mean people went to raid the dessert bar because they were waiting so long. The food was cold by the time we got it and then we had to wait because they neglected to bring enough servings for the table so we politely waited for our comrade to get his food. And then there was no water again. Getting back to the dessert bar- there were no plates or napkins up there- you could only take what you could hold in the palm of your hand- I get it that they wanted to have some control over the amount each person took so there would be enough for everyone, but please- you have women in ball gowns holding Madelines or a cookie in their hands- this was not good. At least have small napkins.So for more good stuff- dancing was great!

Had our wedding here in OCT 2019. The new addition to the hall which is called the Luca, is probably the best venue in El Paso. I believe they have been under new ownership for over a year now. I had no complaints on the hall or how anything was set up. The place was outstanding the day of the wedding. They allowed all the vendors which we had hired to come in and set up, they also did a great job coordinating everything with us a head of time. The food was good which was there own menu and catering. My only complaint was the DJ at the time, did not execute our request.

Such a beautiful venue. Very spacious. A wonderful staff that helped to make our COVID wedding perfect. Very attentive, great food and wedding cake. We can't say enough about Monica and Fernanda! Thank you so much for making our special day even more special!!!

Tuscany Halls hosted our reception and dance for our wedding this past February. Our previous hall dropped us because of COVID three months before our wedding date. Because of this, we had to begin our search again and, thanks to a Facebook ad, reached out to Tuscany Halls for a quote. From the moment we met Monica, we knew we wanted to work with her. From the moment we stepped into Siena Hall, we knew we were in the perfect place for our Disney wedding. We also loved that it was such a big and airy space and felt more than comfortable inviting around 250 guests (the exact number escapes me at this moment) as COVID was becoming less of a threat around the world. For those three months, we worked hard with Monica and she pulled everything off wonderfully. She was so attentive to us, and made it such a memorable and easy process for us. We even got our cake and photographer/videographer from referrals by Tuscany Halls, and they were so great!! Honestly, we can't say enough great things about Tuscany Halls. Our guests had so many compliments about the place and the food, and the photos show how much fun everyone was having! Monica and her team gave us an experience we never thought we could have in El Paso, on our budget, and despite COVID, they gave us great memories, great stories, and such delicious food!!! We highly recommend Tuscany Halls!

My daughter's Quinceañera was perfect, Tuscany Hall staff made it possible. Janesa, Fernanda, Paty and Monica were amazing. The customer service was excellent, the guidance, advice, knowledge, and understanding out of this world. Everything was beautiful from the decor, food, music, waiters, waitress, dj, event planner, owener and many more. I highly recommend them for your future event, you won't regret it. Tuscany Halls hosted my daughters quincenera last month and it was more than perfect. Janessa was my event coordinator and she made sure to make our experience stress free. She and Patty were so attentive throughout the whole process. The detail they put into everything is just amazing. Such elegance! I highly recommend everyone to book this venue for their events. Absolutely loved our experience with Tuscany Hall and Fernanda (our event coordinator from Tuscany Hall). Fernanda was super friendly, patient, professional, and sweet with working with us and helping us personalize our experience and having the perfect wedding reception! extremely thankful for Tuscany Hall and the experience that they provide. I was completely stress free the day of the wedding due to the professional organization of Fernanda and the Tuscany team. Thank you for everything!

It's a nice hall but if u are trying to to get married there don't. The owners fired the their best coordinator 1 week before our wedding and as u can imagine everything went to shit. If your planning anything there get your own dj and don't believe anything they tell u. All they want is your money and they don't care how things turn out at the end. Horrible experience would never go back or plan anything with them again.
