Tru Fit Sunland Park

I visited the TruFit gym at the Sunland Park mall this Saturday when they had the open house for fitness classes. It's a nice looking spacious club (2 stories high) and bigger than it looks on the outside.The 1st floor had weights (machines and free weights. They also have a sauna in the women's locker room and an aqua jet massage room. The daycare is also on the 1st floor and the highest monthly plan includes childcare for 2 hours (18+months and older).The 2nd floor has cardio machines, and a room for women specifically, which was pretty cool. There were separate classrooms for yoga/Zumba, cycling, HIIT classes with rowing and stair machines, and a class for boxing with equipment.All in all it's a pretty good value for the prices. $10/mo per person for just access to the gym$44/mo per person for the highest level with classes and childcareBut if you have insurance, you might be able to enroll into their Active and Fit or Silver Sneakers plan and it drops it to $25/mo per person.They're open M-Thu 5am-midnight, Friday 5am-10pm, Sat 8am-7pm, Sun 9am-7pmI'm hoping to get them to host another free trial with childcare for moms in the morning time to try them out next quarter...stay tuned!

Something is always broken, they have no cleaning supplies. No wipes, just paper-towels that they don't replace and spray that looks like water. No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Also a bunch of people at the front desk just looking dumb not working. The dude worker with the long hair who fixes stuff is cool though

On June 20,2022, at approximately 11:30am, I walked in to the TruFit club at Sunland Park in El Paso Tx. I attempted to try out the free 10 day pass. The staff attempted to sell me a membership in order to utilize my 10 day pass. Upon declining the membership, they did NOT allow me into the gym. The 10day free trial is misleading and a scam!! Do not waste your time going to the gym as you will be met with rude staff and will eventually waste your time!

Worst customer service. The Operations Manager, Brian was unapologetically rude, could not answer basic questions about my account and went as far as hanging up on me. I'm a neighboring business owner, I would never allow my employees to speak to our customers the way he did. HE'S THE REASON TRUFIT LOST TWO MEMBERS
