Trio Apartments

Went to check out these apartments with my gf as she is getting ready to move out of her current. When we arrived, we noticed the front of the main area is super uneven and kind a hazard because you can EASILY lose your balance! When we got inside, we spoke to a gentleman about what we were looking for. To be honest, it felt kind rushed and he wanted us in and out! Normally they'd show you around the complex and if they had any apartments ready to see but we got none of that so we decided to take off and keeping this as one of our last Options in the book for possible homes.

i moved into about 4 months ago, and the process was quick and easy! Got approved within 3 days of submitting an application! The community is great and so are the neighbors - i moved out on my own and this place was definitely a great choice ! Made my moving in process so easy- the office staff is always great and willing to help me with every issue I have with the apt or anything else !

I lived here w my husband and baby for 2 months. The apartment we got was pretty good size 1 bed (800sqf) the work orders were fast and efficient. The only slight inconvenience was that they don't let you reverse park which I never encountered at other apts. other than that the prices and remodeled apts are great. They did charge us a $200 carpet cleaning fee and only got $191 of our 400 dollar deposit. We were only there 2 months since we moved to California for work.
