I am went here originally to have my boots repaired and Anthony up purchasing a new pair of boots at the same time. The repair was done professionally and perfectly and the new boots are unbelievable. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned in my life and very reasonably priced. They've got my float and my business from here on out.

I have been wondering how to preserve and bring back to life my "favorite" 1000 Mile Wolverine boots in which I have had for 10 years! As you could imagine, they were in need of repair (soles worn out). I was looking all over town for a "Cobbler" and majority of the "Cobbler" shops in El Paso County were closed due to the pandemic. Trawood Boot & Shoe Repair was not! I decided to call the shop and conduct an interview. Customer Service at its best! They were very nice and tactful, and they were able to give me an estimate of how much it was going to be to replace the soles of my 10 year old boots ($65.00 dollars). I was shocked! I was thinking it was going to cost way more. So, I proceeded to take my boots and another pair of my favorite shoes (1st pair of Italian Shoes purchased in 2009) that were 12 years old and in dire need of sole replacement. I ended up paying $100 dollars even for both my favorite boots and shoes to be renewed! I couldn't believe the "Quality" and "Craftsmanship!" Boots now have an awesome [Vibram] soles and very comfortable! My Italian Shoes, the leather soles now have a non-skid soles preserving the original soles, and very comfortable too! I highly recommend Trawood Boot & Shoe Repair to anyone who wants to renew their [worn out expensive] shoes.

I gotta say, "Thank You!" Y'all made my Hubby's Stingray boots years ago. Went back for repairs. Wore them til they wore out.And had another made. He's one Happy Camper! The owner JL is super personable and aims to please. They make custom men's shoes and boots for both men and women. They take about 4 weeks maybe more depending on his current orders but he makes a lovely boot. And JL will make sure they fit (because they will measure your feet) and they ship! They have just about any skin you wish for your boots! So if you want a pair of custom boots in El Paso stop in!Also he has a huge following for his shoe and leather good repairs! He can fix anything that is made of leather! So stop in for a new sole, handbag repair, custom boots or shoes or just to have your shoes fixed!!!

Been going here for repairs to my heels since the 90's, always quick service and the owner always has a smile for you. Just walking in smelling the leather is awesome but knowing I can s wait for my repairs within in mins is even better!

I am OUTSTANDINGLY UTMOSTLY UNDOUBTABLY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDING TRAWOOD BOOT & SHOE REPAIR for your zipper repairs. I had gone around town seeking and asking tailor repair shops nobody would touch my items and was finally recommended by a couple of tailor shops to go over to TRAWOOD Shoe Repair off of TRAWOOD and Yarbrough. I had a couple of heavy duty hunting shell pouches along with a rifle case that need repair work. Not only did Mr Jose Luis the owner and the one who does all the work repair but made the items better than new. Outstanding JOB VERY PROFESSIONAL and was also if I might add VERY FAST of course he wasn't to busy at the time and very price reasonable. THANK YOU MR JOSE LUIS !!!!
