DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! They are rude and basically refused serviced today. They also refused to let people get a tow truck from their property. Then they threatened to steal the tires off the car if it were to be left.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC. If I could put zero stars, I would. We went to this mechanic to have our car looked at and they said they were unable to fix it. The car wouldn't start and so we asked if we could leave it on the property while we arranged a tow. They interrupted us and said they were going to push the car off the property. They then threatened that if we left it there, the tires would be stolen. They were rude the entire time, provided horrible customer service, and put lives at danger by forcing us to drive a unsafe and unstable car to another shop rather than waiting 15 minutes for us to go get our truck to tow it.

Helped us diagnose a tricky problem on our vintage VW Vanagon. Got us right in, put it up and declared that the transmission wasn't actually the problem. We had an oil leak. Sent us on our way no charge. Warm wAiting area with a restroom. Kind workers. Very polite. Seemed honest, but they didn't actually work on our vehicle. No checks accepted. No AmEx either.

These people totaled my car and refused to refund the money I gave them to fix it even though I have a copy of the warranty IN MY HAND. They're frauds and the little girl that runs the place has no idea what she's doing. Challenging me to a legal battle lol well I ACCEPT. The paperwork is already done. See you in court

Horrible place of business took my car to get clutch and throw out bearing changed. And they get broken into and the old guy that owns the business won't take accountability for what happened to my vehicle. I stay far away from this place.

Do NOT use this shop. They had my truck for over 3 months and never did fix it. I drove it there and had to tow it home. I was given every excuse in the book, from "I'm old and can't work on the vehicles anymore and the help doesn't wanna work and we had to order new parts" but the topper was the out and out lie- after three months I finally went to pick up my truck, working or not. I had been told the transmission was off site at some guys house. Come to find out the transmission was still in my truck. It was a total lie! They don't even have a secure place to have vehicles that are there to be worked on. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place.

Carl rebuilt a transmission for a 2002 Chevy pick up gave us the wrong transfer case so he gave us the right one. Transmission still wasn't working took it back and the transmission still didn't want to work. Would not refund money so now I have to buy a new transmission when I should have just done that in the first place. Would not recommend

They were able to identify that my Eddie Bauer Explorer had a special transmission. Something 2 other shops didn't mention.Gave me the best price and took care of the transmission replacement. They were polite and professional. Had a leak 10 months in and took it back. They honored the warranty and put my vehicle in from of the paying customers. I will take all my transmission/Drivetrain problems to them always!!

Carl and Tony were very honest and transparent about the status of my transmission and what my options are. They also understood about my need to work the potential cost into my budget and did not try to talk me into any low cost interim fixes that really would not address the problem. Honest and open discussion of options was very reassuring.

Excellent service received from owner of business. No work was needed on my Ford F-150 PU after he spent much time investigating the issues I was having. He made an excellent referral for me and did not charge me a dime. I would definitely go back to this business if I needed transmission work in the future. Highly recommended!
