I love this coffee shop, though I must admit I seldom drink coffee. They make a wonderful Italian cream soda, have an excellent selection of teas (both hot and cold) and a tasty selection of pastries and quiche.Saturdays there is a rotation of open music mics, artist anthologies and author's reading. Sunday there is live music, and week days you'll find a variety of meditation groups, drum circles and such diverse activities as a knitting group. The decore is unique and reflective of Silver City. The owner and staff are kind and charming.

A funky coffee shop on a side street. It has good coffee, mixed coffee drinks and a variety of teas. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working, it's usually only one so kindness and patience is important. It's filled with old furniture as well as friendly customers. It's an easy place to read or catch up on writing

This is the funkiest, coolest coffee shop I've ever visited. Blondie and I are driving through old Silver City (which is like what neat places are like before celebrities find them), and stop here for some morning nourishment. I got a drip coffee, while Blondie got a caramel latte. For food, they ordered a chocolate coffee cake and Beverly's gluten-free brownie, while I had a savory veggie pastry, like a veggie empanada, with salsa on the side. I also had a cheese danish. So glad I ordered the sweet with the savory! The pastry was phenomenal. The decor was amazing, with books and records everywhere. We were there on a Monday morning, when the mayor regularly visits for chatting. The service wasn't real speedy, and it's a very narrow space near the ordering counter, tough to get past people who are waiting. It's well worth it, though. Sofas and loveseats and benches and tables, every kind of seat available.

Unique, solid food and coffee options. The ambiance was really nice. Food and coffee were very good. Service is the reason for four stars instead of five. Orders for coffee and food missed the mark and the line was so long that it would have been a while to get it fixed.

Cute coffee shop with good study or work vibes! They had a fun menu of coffee drinks I had never seen before. Forgot the name of the drink I ordered but it was a "cinnamon toast crunch" dirty chai drink...wow! I was so impressed by its flavor. I'd definitely go back!

This is a lovely place with delectable offerings of fresh-made quiche and pastries. I ordered a drip coffee (they inquire as to your preference: light roast, medium roast, dark roast) and I was pleased they offer honey as a sweetener, which I chose with cream and it was served hot and perfectly mixed. On the day of my visit, three quiche were available. After thoroughly savoring the mushroom onion selection served with roasted, herbed butternut squash, I was challenged not to go back for the green chili and/or the bacon. (I am prone to eating for the ancestors when inspired)!Instead of ordering another quiche, to my delight, they had fresh, homemade {from scratch it seemed} pumpkin pie that was beyond scrumptious with an imaginative, complementary crust. Yes, I did also pick up a couple pastries because sometimes you can just tell everything is going to be fabulous and my Spidey sense did not let me down this time! The New Mexican cookie -biscochito- absorbed to perfection my coffee concoction! I also picked up something that was reminiscent of a cake my aunt used to make. I saw pineapple and coconut...And thought, I may as well give it a shot! Happy International Women's Day to me--It was spot on (and gluten free). My aunt's version has a cream cheese frosting and walnuts, which this version did not include; but, it was lacking nothing in flavor. While what is offered to ingest is remarkable, especially for this area of the world... The ambience is of the highest vibration as far as I am concerned. Eclectic instruments adorn the walls, random bird nests and paintings are a feast for the eyes everywhere you look. (A good game of eye spy could be had here) --And though it is very cozy, there's plenty of seating for everyone, especially if you don't mind community seating. There are seats indoors and outdoors available for sitting privately. You will find local fare here as well. Walking sticks, artwork, jewelry, cards to mention a few. The portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair. This place is a treat no matter why you venture in. The staff illuminates an elevated friendly. There's more of a welcome, come hang with us vibe. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning.

I could not have found a more perfect spot if I tried for a quirky coffee shop with an excellent eclectic ambiance, great service, and amazing food! I would have loved to stay here and visit so much more than my single visit, but I fully intend on coming back and recommending it to friends who visit here frequently. I got this recommendation from a local employee at a school and they nailed exactly what I needed for a spot to sit, have a cup of coffee, something to eat, and wifi while I waited for my next meeting!

I come all the way from San Diego to visit this gem every other month or so. I love the Blessing Bundles that are offered as well as the baked goods. The traditional macchiatos are great and I suggest the triple. Oh, and grab a ginger molasses cookie for the road, you won't be disappointed.
