Great place to do business! I bought my LS MT-125 from Dave at TWT a couple of years ago and it worked fine for about a year, then it overheated and ruined the engine. But I took it back to TWT and they consulted with LS and the verdict that there was a design flaw in the cooling system that was responsible for the problem, so they put in a brand new engine at no cost to me. They also put in a redesigned warning system if the engine is threatening to overheat. TWT and LS Corp had my back and saved me thousands of dollars. I'm really happy with TWT.

We have made a few purchases through Trails West Tractors. Nothing but excellent! Everything we've bought they went over with us and made sure we understood how it all worked. Not that you would need it product wise, but for questions about anything you can always count on them for amazing customer service! We will most definitely be using them again!

Credit where it's due: I support my local dealer if possible. These are my neighbors and possibly friends; I support their families. I am very price sensitive; but within reason, I'll pay more locally for excellent service than I'll pay to a remote dealer whom I'll never meet, and who will not help me years down the road should I need it.From this perspective, I want to say this family owned business is great to do business with. They are professional in behavior, honest, and very helpful. No question will go unanswered; no request will linger unattended. They will prep your new tractor perfectly, deliver it clean and full of fuel, and take the time to be sure you're ready and tutored enough to use the unit to it's fullest. Service to you, the customer, is clearly paramount for them.Their product: LS makes an excellent tractor. My previous was a Kubota BX2200, which is a good lawn mower, but not so much for loader / back hoe. In 25 years of service, it was a very good tractor. I bought an LS MT125 TLB (loader and backhoe) from Trails West this fall. I just finished a large driveway project with the loader and box scraper, moving about 25 ton. This setup worked perfectly. This tractor and loader and backhoe are several levels better than the comparable Kubota; I highly recommend this unit!

These guys are true professionals! They answered every question we had (even stupid ones) and got us the perfect tractor for our needs. No pressure sales. Considered buying a tractor from another dealer but ultimately went with them because of the personalized service. They arranged painless financing and insurance AND delivered it on time, the next day. Couldn't be more pleased. We'll be buying more implements and will go to them. Highly recommend them.
