Tony's Barbacoa

If you want barbacoa, this is the place to go. Don't come in here asking about birria or carne asada, they only have barbacoa. Delicious barbacoa. The corn tortillas are amazing and the red salsa has a good taste and spiciness to it.We got the 4 tacos each and they were very filling, there was a lot of meat in each Taco. Only downsides were the sudden loud music towards the end of our stay and the fact that I had to ask for limones, limones should be already included in my opinion.

Best barbacoa I have ate in a long time I'm from out of state and decided to this place best decision food was delicious service was good place was clean and in a nice area highly recommend eating there

Order the barbacoa. Torta it was dry. It was bland. They could have at least put some condiments on it or at least beans

Everything Barbacoa. Very surprising. Very well served. We had a burrito and an order of 4 tacos. All served with different salsas. Then enjoyed an horchata and a Mexican bottle coke. Yum.

This place probably has good food. However, we sat outside the restaurant for ten minutes after they were supposed to open and the never opened. So I don't hold any hope for customer service for a place that can't open on time or post a time change.

Agree with the first reviewer. I was driving by and saw this place and decided to try it out.I'm not an expert barbacoa connoisseur but my tacos were delicious and the toppings were excellent. No regrets about trying a 1 review place.Would love to see more Yelpers stop by to see if this place is as good as I thought it was

To have only 1 thing on the menu it better be good....it was amazing!!! I'm from El Paso but live in San Antonio. Although we have somewhat good barbacoa...it's not El Paso or Juarez good. I stay with my father when I visit in the Far eastside and this place was amazing. Best barbacoa I've ever had!! Better than the barbacoa I remember in my childhood in the 915

I was expecting more from this place from the reviews. My verdict is that it is very greasy, even for barbacoa, a little on the pricy side, and not very flavorful...

I asked the lady how much barbacoa I should buy for 3 adults and 2 children. She recommended 1 kilo which said was the equivalent of 2 pounds which was over $50.00. I feel like she lied to me so I would buy more. I brought it home and it's just so much. I compared it to other locations and the price is higher than other places. The taste was ok, on a scale of 1-5 I would say it was a 3. I do blame myself for not knowing better but I was not expecting to be lied to.

The family was open during New Year's in the morning, so mad respect!The Barbacoa Burrito I got was splendid! It was super juicy and the meat melts in your mouth. This is a nice comfort food!
