I spoke with John over the phone a few days before to confirm they had several exotics in my size. He called me back and informed me what they had and informed me of a ten percent discount for military and veterans. I then called the day prior to confirm again they still had the boots. They had sold one of the pairs. I was driving cross country with my Brother in Law and had stopped in to this store many years ago when I was in the Marines and picked up two beautiful pairs of boots. This is my reason for venturing back to this location. I purchased five beautiful exotic cowboy boots and couldn't be happier as I have been planning on coming back to this store since 2016. John and a helper in the store were extremely helpful and I could not be more elated with my purchases and experience.

I was visiting family in El Paso from Los Angeles for the holidays and had planned to stop at Tony Lama's for some boots. We went on Christmas Eve and got 4 pairs of boots. 3 female boots and a pair of working boots. Well I get home to Los Angeles and ready to wear my new boots for New Year's Eve and I see that the toe has a rip, I start inspecting everything a find a sticker on the box that says "imperfect" maybe I should of noticed but my issue is with the staff. The sales person brought the boots from the back and never mentioned they were imperfect. From there we went to the counter and again the manager ringed us out and never mentioned the imperfect boots. He was quick to tell us there were NO returns due to covid. I'm not trying to get people not to shop here just be careful and look everything up. It's unfortunate that I spent my hard earned money on a pair of imperfect boots that I was not told about.

Love this place! I stop everytime Im in El Paso and buy a great pair of boots!! 500 dollar boots....100 bucks! Tony Lama, Justin, ect... The staff is great here and very helpful! I added the boots I bought here to show them off =)

Love this place!!!!! They have a great selection of women's boots and great prices. All boots are grouped together by size and you just grab and try on what you like. Staff was very helpful. Due to COVID they have a FINAL SALE policy. I'm not sure if this is their usual policy but be sure to check left and right boots for correct size and be sure to try both boots on. I had a great experience. They also have a great selection of belts, jewelry, and kids boots and hats.

Fantastic folks!!! My wife just got back from a deployment to Afghanistan and she said to stop by on our way out of town. I would have kicked myself if we had not stopped. They were so helpful and I ended up getting two $500 pair of boots, an Ostrich Belt and a GREAT Straw Hat for about $350. Best place I have ever found to get Tony Lama boots!! If we are ever in El Paso again we WILL stop by!
