I went here to buy boots for my grandkids. They had a fantastic selection of toddler and kids boots at VERY reasonable prices. Joe helped me find the right sizes at prices that I could afford. He was extremely helpful and even packaged everything so I could check it for my flight back to San Antonio. I bought eight pairs of super cute boots for the grandkids and even found a pair that fit me in a size 11 women's. I can't wait to deliver my presents to the grandkids. They are going to be so so happy!!!I saw other reviews that said their selection of cowboy boots was slim. That is not true. They had hundreds of different boots.

Came in because my wife wanted to get a new pair of boots, and since we are in Texas, what better time to look. The staff was very friendly and very willing to help find sizes and styles. Although we didn't find anything to but they were such a big help.

When the soles fall off... worn maybe 3 times... no scuffs even on the bottom... workmanship and quality isn't what it used to be!! Definitely not worth the couple hundred dollars paid!!

I was in need of work boots in my size. Tried another fancy place but they only had dress boots that were not in my size. This place had the boots I needed but not exactly in my size however, the store associate showed me the girls aisle because I have small feet. I found my boots and to this day I love them.

Really disappointing. Hardly any men's cowboy boots, mostly work boots. Not a real boot store, in my opinion. Nothing compared to the Lucchese Factory Store. Not worth the drive.

Kinda dusty old stock and some of the boots I tried on didn't smell like leather...if you catch my drift

The best thing I can say about this location is the many George Strait decorations inside. There isn't a great selection, it's not cheaper, and there's really no reason to choose this over going to Cavender's or Boot Barn. The sign might say "discount", but the prices say otherwise.

I am a Texan from Houston who could have bought a pair of cowboy boots anywhere however, while passing through El Paso I chose to stop off at the Tony Lama Factory Outlet. I had an outstanding buying experience thanks largely to their saleswoman who has been with Tony Lama for the past four years in this location and thirteen years overall: Lucy Moreno. No sales pressure whatsoever. Walked me through the process. Made certain I was satisfied with the best boots for me available in their store. Stretched the boots out in all the right places for me while I waited. This was a wonderful way to spend a little time and less money than I expected. I now own a terrific pair of black ostrich skin Tony Lama cowboy boots which feel as good as they look.

Boots and hats, belts and buckles, they have it all. Good prices, great quantity, and it looks like just about everyone will be happy with their selection here. There are work boots, fancy boots, just cowboy boots, and of course the regular boots for those that always wear a boot with with jeans! Prices here are not too steap, but then you are paying for the brand. We enjoyed looking around and trying on things, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was really helpful with both suggestions and finding similar boots in the right size; and there is a great selection of quality boots.
