While in El Paso Texas we stopped at the Tony Lama Outlet store to look for a pair of boots for my wife.Unfortunately the selection her size was small and a bit overpriced especially for an outlet store.she couldn't find a pair she liked so we left.

Just moved back to Texas so I needed some new boots. Andy was super helpful and got me squared away with some beautiful cognac conquistadors. Even got the belt to match! 10/10 would recommend.

Some of the best boots on the market but horrid customer service. Staff is rude, argumentative and not helpful.

I LOVE THIS STORE! If I'm being honest, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is full of great merchandise and friendly staff. I found an "imperfect" pair of Justins and saved a bunch of money! Their staff members are knowledgable about proper boot fit and various styles. Bonus - the store smells like pure leather! I adore my new boots, and I'll definitely be back!!

This is a nice little outlet for Justin boots specifically. They've got everything imaginable Justin there and there are a lot of different styles to choose from. The store is a bit cramped, though.

I'm not one to make a complaint but the return policies for Tony lama is quite a bunch of bs, yesterday I had gone to Tony lama in search for some jeans and to see if they happened to steam shape hats here, which one of the store associates told that they didn't but he recommended to go to Starr western wear since they do happen to steam shape hats there, so I decided to go right after and take a hat that I had get reshaped. Well after that I was looking at some of the jeans and didn't think much of it and just got my size and purchased them. So by the time I arrive home I try out the jeans and they fit well and looked nice as well so I took off the tags in thought that I was keeping the pants. So after that I take my hat to get reshaped at Starr western wear and in the meantime that my hat is getting reshaped i realized that Starr western wear has a larger option of jeans and I ended finding some I really liked color wise, so I try them out and they fit extremely well, not to throw shade at Justin jeans but the Ariat Jeans just felt better over all. So I purchase the ariat jeans in thought that I could just return the ones I got at Tony lama and not have to spend $160 in just pair of jeans. So with that idea I didn't want to go make a whole round trip and go back home get the pants and go back to store and return the pants the same day so I choose to return them the day after, aka today so I arrived and told the guy if I could return these jeans and he asked for the receipt which I did have and if I have my card that I used to make the purchase and he also checks the pants and he says " ohhhh you took the tags off" and I'm just looking at him all confused like if there's anything wrong and he continues to tell me that I can't return the jeans if they don't have the tags on, and I swear I thought this dude was just making some sort of joke when he said that cuz he had a smirk in his face so I was just waiting for a the punch line or a "Im just playing you man" but nope dude was dead serious so I'm just standing there in disbelief like wtf, like bro I just bought these yesterday the date is on the receipt, and dude continues to tell me yea but i still wouldn't know if you'd worn them or even washed them, and don't get me wrong I do understand but I swear on god himself that I just tried the jeans on to see if they fit and he made it sound like I used them to go out, like bro no one is going on a night out on a Wednesday, but yea he said it's just on our policies about all tags need to be on the item if you want to return them, which in that case they should definitely start letting people know before anyone makes a purchase that you can't return shit without the tags still being on them cuz yea that's just plain bullshit I could of used that money to either get a new belt or a new hat or new shirts or food, so at the end of the day I'd recommend not purchasing anything from here unless you 100% sure and know that your keeping the item in this case jeans, or just go to Starr western wear since they do have a larger option of pretty much everything and their return policy isn't shit.

Arrived from Wisconsin, went straight to Tony Lama and bought some boots for my son. Unfortunately they didn't fit him and had to be returned. Looked online and saw they had black Friday hours, said 7am opening time. Arrived at 7am and the store was closed, very disappointed since I was going to get myself some boots I had seen as well. Unfortunately we couldn't wait to "opening" time. Sadly leaving El Paso without boots.
