Sneaky pricing and slow service. Went on for an oil change and they charged me extra for no reason. They have a sign that says $25 oil change. They charged me $40 just for the labor then another $60 for the oil and filter. Garbage. Avoid this place.Edit: got the $40 for labor back because they lied and said they could turn off the service due light, but they actually couldn't. Not a place to go to.2nd Edit: In response to the owner's comment. There is not a $40 extra labor charge for the special oil change prices. The $60 for the synthetic was fine, but the labor charge was not quoted (and not a part of the advertised oil change specials). Yes I got it back. Why? Literally the only reason I brought the bike here was because they assured me on the phone they could turn it off, even when I asked them to make sure and told them that I had read it takes a special tool. When I got to my bike, it was not turned off and they were unable to turn it off. Hence the refund. In the owner's words, a bait and switch like this... THAT IS NOT RIGHT.

Very disappointed. My husband and I were out shopping for a small 4 wheeler or dirt bike for the kids and we saw a small Polaris 4 wheeler out front with no price on it. A couple of workers outside had seen us but walked away. We then went inside to find out. After standing at the front counter while 2 employees stood there talking and printing something, one guy walked back out and another stood there not even making eye contact. Worst customer service! I'm assuming no one spoke English and that is why we weren't spoken to.

I feel bad for those with bikes there!! There is like 40 bikes they need to work on!! Doesn't look like they work on any bikes!! Bad service bad customer service!! Don't waste your time with this place

I will start off by saying something nice. They are very nice when you walk in the door but that's where the compliments stop. I brought my 2006 GSX-R 1000 in with the new engine for them to install and when I got it back there were soooo much more wrong with the bike it's not even funny. For starters I have found that the mechanics are not even certified they took my bike to some offsite shack so I couldn't even come and see what they were doing to it. When I got it back it had scratches on the fairings and bolts missing as if they forgot how to put it back together or they just laid my fairings on the floor and didn't put the bolts with it. (I will post pics as proof). They didn't put the bottom bolts in the fairings. They also took out my heat dispersement pads at the bottom of the fairings and as a result the heat warped my fairings and now those need to be replaced. My coolant reservoir wasn't even attached to the side of the radiator so it fell in the street smh.. I wouldn't recommend you will spend more money at Viva but you will have a piece of mind that the job is done right.

Terrible service done on my bike. Save your money and do it yourself before you take it here.

Took my bike in for inspection, waited 45 mins to pick it up. Paid, left and got about a mile before it started missing on one cylinder. Brought it back and they charged me $100 with no explanation of what was wrong. Watch out for this place!

I took my bike there for a check after Powersports left my bike with loose pipes and popping all the time. They were really nice in the front and my bike was ready the same day. I did not know about the previous reviews, but I did not have any issues. I am taking my bike there again.

Great service at fair prices. My son's bike always comes back clean and ready to ride. Great people to work with. Thanks Nancy and the gang.

I took my bike in just to have an inspection done. I guess they didn't like that I didn't get an oil change or a tune-up. After leaving it for 5 hours I picked it up and 4 miles down the road it quit firing on one cylinder. They had messed with the intake boot and tried to claim that I had put it on backwards! It had never been touched. They are dishonest and will stoop to cheap shenanigans to inflate your bill. Avoid them at all costs! They are crooks!

This place is a rip off!!! My husband took his bike in to balance the tires, which they said would take all day... They called him later to tell him they were going to charge him an additional $150 to install front fork shock legs which he DIDN'T need... So he declined.. When he brought the bike home the gas line came out and gas started gushing out.!!! When he removed the frame to check the line, he realized they had stripped out his screws and replaced them with cheap screws, not to mention there were screws missing...They tried to force in screws that didn't fit.... The bike could've caught on fire while he was driving! I can't believe this place is still in business!!! We should've read the other reviews before taking the bike here!!!! Same type of issues seem to be re-occurring! Someone could get killed on their motorcycle with this type of "service."
