TNT Chimney Sweep and Air Duct Cleaning

DO NOT use this company as they will not return calls, emails or text message and will take whatever they can and run.

I recently utilized TNT for a chimney inspection and sweep. They were a fraction of the cost of other companies that we called and got twice the service. This is the only company I will use going forward.

Do not use this company. They are unprofessional. Miguel is trash as they will not anwer their phone. If they can they would take your money and run.

Had our air ducts cleaned and they were on time, very professional, and very courteous to our two young boys who were napping at the time. I would definitely recommend them, and we will be booking them again in the future.

Had my dryer vent cleaned. Pleasant young man, didn't dawdle, and the price was reasonable. I have had this service done in bigger cities & this was just as good.

Promised to come to my house twice and never showed up. It appears that I will have to use a provider from the El Paso area due to poor response from every provider in the Las Cruces area.

TNT was hired to clean our Air Duct and Fireplace in 2020. The Chimney Sweeps seems to be from a separate contract and did a great job. The Air Duct cleaning was done very well, BUT ... they used tape around the register to hold the vacuum and the ceiling popcorn was damaged and found on the floor from two registers. When I talked to Miguel 3 or 4 times, he promised to send someone over to fix them. Never heard back. We're very disappointed and we expected to get some of the money back for having to fix their damage.
