Been coming here over a year! Tony just moved here from New York! Love him! If you like designs and rhinestones he's your man! I didn't post my last set but will today! I love this location. When coming in and out of town I love that I can come quickly from the airport. I am so in love with this new salon I found. I somehow get lucky and rarely wait! Tony did my last set and now I'm addicted to him. Oh my, let him give you a pedi!!!! Super happy girl. I hate pedis because it usually tickles but he's not all soft which is good for me! I love the firm touch. Everyone else has been wonderful but I usually ask not to get massaged or have my feet rubbed. I know weird but I'm very picky with my feet. Here for a pedicure, but they act like they wish you weren't here! Like you are a bother. Don't listen to what you want or need. I keep giving chances- it is so hit or miss whether you get good service, but they never act like they care if you are happy. No wonder it is so easy to get in- they are never busy... note I know why. Sorry - cuz they are convenient...

Will never come here again. Been coming here for a year now and live acouple blocks away. The last time I came in I got the spa pedicure and the manager that has all the old skool electric bicycles (and by the way he talked to me quite a bit about them because I always road my bicycle there and parked it inside the salon) convinced me to pay extra for the paraffin wax too. Well they ended up being out of it which is fine but he apologized and said they'd make a note to my phone number and my account in his phone that they'd give it to me free next time! Fast forward to today after acouple months of work travel I call and ask if I can come in and get the paraffin for free since it was on my account. Manager tells me to come in so I drive there and when I come in and let him know again he says "sorry we can't remember all the time I can't do it" I reminded him that he put the notes in his phone for my phone number and he said he wouldn't check and said no again. After so many times giving them my money I will NEVER come back and I'm a neighbor. Horrible customer service even on repeat customers in the neighborhood.

I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3 years now. Every time I go, there is something....First, the hours of operation on the door say open at 930. They only open at 10 " we did the entire pandemic". Well, thank you, but I didn't need a pedicure during the pandemic, duh. I know it's hard to put a piece of paper with the new hours on the door, but also being b****y about it?Second, the lady doing my pedicure was in a real hurry. She managed to cut my cuticles too deep, then slapped a very hot towel on my left leg, I thought I was going to get burn blisters from it. I get it, you're busy and have several customers waiting, but guess what? I am a customer too. And trying to push gel for my toes? Not once, but twice, after I told her I am not interested....She finished my toes in a hurry, didn't file them evenly, and the polish is already peeling..after 3 days...This shop is hot and cold, really, it's who you get to work on you...Good luck.

Decided to get some footwork done with the wife. As you arrive, parking can be challenging since it's located on a strip mall with many businesses. When you enter, you need to register your attendance. We were taken in real quick and thats where the fun ended. The water that was poured on my seat was scolding hot and not addressed until I said something. Then it became the opposite very cold no attention to the customer. The menu is brought to you and we both selected the $39 happy feet package with hot rocks. If you get a pedicure it's all about that personal attention and the lady doing mine had her daughter next to her so she was just going through the motions. When she wrapped the towels, they were still scolding hot and she was not engaged with how I was reacting. She was done and gone. My wife had an allergic reaction to something and broke out at the top of her foot instantly. The guy doing her pedicure didn't pay attention and left old nail polish. We moved out of 915 and use to frequent this establishment. Sad to see how it's deteriorated.

Hands down one of the best pedicures I've had. My feet are always torn up from running and my feet look better than the have in a year. Super nice people, no wait, reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back!

I think this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and I have never seen anyone do my nails so poorly. I even went back a second time to see if the first time was just a fluke, but it was even worse the second time. I got gel done the first time, it started chipping off in about two days. The second time, I got the dip powder.... I think the lady didn't understand how to do it correctly. She put way too many layers on and they were all bulky and uneven. The whole time she was barely paying attention to what she was doing while she was on the phone. She didn't even prep my cuticles or anything. I will never go back here and I recommend people spend their money elsewhere.

I'm not sure if management changed, but the service has gone downhill. The place is a ghost town for being a Saturday, which was good for me because I was serviced right away. I honestly don't think these new techs are certified to practice. The lady who worked on my feet did not soak in the beginning making the trimming of the nails and cuticles somewhat painful. She cut into my skin several times. I told her she was hurting me but had no idea what I was saying. she knew I was upset. I asked her if she was going to apply lotion on my feet and legs and she said NO More. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I won't be returning after being a regular for many years.

This cost me $77. The man doing my pedicure rushed it, cut ALL my cuticles on my left foot, did not cut my nails at all just filed them down. There is no base color used for the French tip.
