I've used them for several basic services (oil change and state inspection), and I've found them to be timely and affordable. I can't speak to other services they offer, but do far, so good

I have a very old van that needed some work. They were very honest and even found a leak in the radiator and a tire that needed to be replaced. Now, usually this would upset a customer. But I had taken the van somewhere else and had an estimate for the AC that was $1500. I got the AC, various belts, fans, the radiator and the tire repaired for $1100. Thank you, Gilbert!! Also, I was happy to see everyone wearing masks.

Went in to get my routers and brake pads replaced. Staff was friendly. Wait time was two hours. Worth it.

We had been clients fro many years. Our Mercedes Benz CLK 550 had a new battery installed there in late 2015. Now the battery was dead on July 20 2017. When we brought the car they told me I needed a new battery obviously, and also a new alternator. They put the battery fror $200.00 and for the alternator they quoted me (with labor) $1400.00. We went to Hoy Fox dealership and the alternator was fine. I guess the rip off is if the battery dies under warranty, instead of honoring the warranty charge for a new one and try to sell an unneeded alternator..The whole thing costed us $320.00 plus our time and inconvenience. What a rip off, shame on you, Tire Connection!!!

My car was running great since I had been maintaining it well on a regular basis and in a timely manner. It all started with a regular oil change. They made some repair suggestions. So I followed like the way I trusted many other businesses. Then the nightmare started. I had to go to their places from time to time for nearly six months. The repairs have been endless. During this period, I found that they asked for more than doubled prices for parts and made hidden charges. Even worse, my car would keep having more and more problems after each repair. Now the car is nearly broken and unsafe for driving. I finally realized that they are not trustworthy and I should have never placed my trust on them.

Thought I'd support "local" but clearly a big mistake. Went to this shop to have one (1) broken lug nut removed and decided to take a new set of lug nuts that I bought elsewhere to have them place on all 4 rims since my truck would already be lifted. Unbelievably I was charged $269.61. Parts at $27.45? What parts? I believe in paying a fair price but this place is outrageously overpriced. Be sure to get an estimate in writing before you shop here.
