Went in to get estimate to repair battery connections. Manager called one of his employees, Mike, the expert. He wasn't kidding. Mike had extensive knowledge, put out ideas and answered all my questions. When they did the work, it looked better, yes better than brand new. Bunch of honest and knowledgeable professionals. Aces to locally owned shops!

Went in to get my rear brakes replace because of shaking. Had to do 2 other thinga. Replace rotors and bearings. Now no shaking and all..Joe and Duke are awesome!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Thanks guys!!!

We blew a tire on a 20ft trailer, heading east from El Paso. Had the worst time trying to find someone who could help get us the product and the service we needed to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Duke Duran is the man. He gave his honest opinion and sold an excellent product. I would recommend Tire Connection to anyone wanting great and speedy customer service.

These guys are pretty good and one of the three shops i use depending on what I am looking at having done. I've had them do exhaust, intake, electric trouble shooting next up is some coilovers. Usually I can just bring the vehicle right in and they have given me a ride home to bring back my old wheels since they wouldn't fit in my car. They are open from 8-6 M-F and 8-4 Sat-Sun.

I purchased a road hazard warranty on my tire and was told to take my car here to replace the tire by the warranty company. I was helped by George Moreno on Thursday, 8/11/11 and he said that he would order the tire and I would be able to come in on Saturday, 8/13/11 and have it installed. Surprise, surprise when I showed up this morning at 10am there was no tire and Ralph that was supposed to be in charge offered very little in the way of help. He stated they don't get deliveries on Saturday and offered no apology. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning after they do replace this tire.

Bought tires here 2 years ago, received excellent service and great value. Back again today to get a flat fixed and tires rotated. Same great service and value

I always get my vehicle inspection at this location. They're super fast and the employees who work there are always very kind.

If you take your vehicle to this place be ready to check for unapproved charges. That guy Duke charged me for work that I did not authorize. I didn't notice till I got home and talked to their Owner John. I did not want anything except for him to address this dishonest and unethical behavior with his employees. I am very disappointed that this place would follow these unethical deceptive practices.

Came here to get my brakes on my truck worked on. Only needed one set of brakes and possibly a oil change if price was right. Received a call the next day where the salesperson was acting like it was price was right BOB Barker. Their quote was $975 to fix my brakes and oil change. He quoted me in person $9 to do a diagnostic check on my engine light. Picked up truck Monday expecting to pay $9 only to find out it's $90 hmmmmm. I could of gone to auto zone and done the same diagnostic test for free.I payed it because it's my fault for trusting their sales person Duke's word and not getting a hard copy of estimate.Warning to all. Expensive overpriced shop I will refuse to bring any of my vehicles to this place.

I had an 'emergency' situation in which Tire Pros was the closest place to take my car. I needed 2 tires replaced immediately. I didn't choose the best tires they had in stock, as this was an unexpected situation. They replaced the tires within a few hours. Here I am, 9 months later, with bald tires! Live and learn...
