this place treated me so poorly if I could give -100 I would. 1 )not only did they cut my frame to give me a body lift 2) they did not extend my ABS wires 3) they did does not extend my power steering 4) they did not extend my gas tank funnel 5) they disconnected my four-wheel-drive and didn't even say anything this is a vehicle that I drive every day with (((((((three children )))))))). they let me leave putting not only my life at risk but my three kids' lives at risk they blew me off like it was no big deal And to top it off they wouldn't even give me the respect to talk to the owner of the business

The guys at tire city were pretty cool. I appreciate how well they worked with but I was on a time crunch. I was told that it wouldn't take more then an hour and a half to get me in and out. An hour and a half came and went and NO ONE said anything as to what the hold was. I could've made arrangements to handle my business if that was the case. When I was addressed it was already after the fact. Another thing was that, when they took my old rims off they just mishandled my old tires to where they were all over the place and they just didn't handle them with care especially when you can see what they are doing. This was my first time there and I heard good things about them but professionalism goes a long way. (Martin Tire) ...and this would not be an ideal way to conduct business if you are not going to meet time lines or mishandle peoples property. I need my old rims and equipment so like don't let my stuff just fall around all over the place. If I were to ever come back here or you consider coming to this place, make sure you are not stressed for time. Chances are you might be late or going to miss it. Thanks guys

Don't go here if you like your aftermarket rims.!!! They damaged my rims after I explicitly asked them to be careful. Then they offered to paint them to hide the imperfections‍... They had the audacity to suggest that the damges were pre-existing. Not very happy with their solution to the issue. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere else.

I came to this shop because they have great prices on tires. Thats where all the pros stop. I have bigger wheels on my truck so it rubs against that cab. I wanted it fixed along with my new tires being put on. My truck was already leveled, but I was told a different leveling kit would fix the rubbing problem. So I took it in to get the new leveling kit on and this is where all the problems started. I was told it would take around two hours to do. Seven hours later my truck was done. I was in a rush that day so I just got my truck and left. Later that evening I was walking out to my truck I noticed my front left wheel was at an angle. At this point, I realized I got screwed over so I took my vehicle to Firestone the next day for an alignment. The workers at Firestone pulled me into the bay and showed me the bottom of my truck. Both of my front wheels had the wrong bolts in the lower control arm as well as the ball joints were destroyed. It looked as if they just dropped my truck on the ground without the wheels on it. I had to replace my upper control arms and my tie rods which set me back $1800. I've owned my truck for 5 years and I've never once had an issue with it till I took it to this shop. The day after I had my tie rods and control arms replaced. I go to take a small turn and my front left wheel snaps off. (will have pictures) I then have to send my truck back to Firestone. They informed me they didn't touch the part that failed indicating tire city messed that up too. I spend another $1700 to have the rest my front end replaced. I'm now $3,500 out just because I wanted to get my tires a little cheaper than other places. Moral of the story. Good prices + bad workmanship = you calling a tow truck. Oh and to top everything off. My truck still rubs on the cab. Thank you for screwing me.

El peor lugar .levantaron mu pick up .tardaron dias .y porque la persona no iva y andaba crudo .fin de año y luego dejo el trabajo ..y que el que hizo el trabsjo .no sabia .etc.. y pusieron partes mal .un amortiguador nuevo se le cayo el tornillo ...luego compre llantas ..y no pusieron las tapitas con los tornillos se perdio una y la otra se rompio ...y no quisieron pagarlas ..y mejor la lleve a revisar con profesionales ..y el encargado ..no le importo ...maldita la hora en que fui con esos ratas ...

DO NOT TO HERE!!! I went in for a simple tire rotation and they somehow lost one of my rims and couldn't find it. I don't know if they just broke it in the process but complete bullshit. Didn't offer a new one or anything on top of that didn't give me a refund.

Brought my Infiniti for a diagnosis after hearing noise in the back. Were very helpful in tightening up some bolts! Great service
