if you deal with this company get ready for continual stream of lies and excuses. called and set an appointment to have my pilot on my heater turned on between 9-12. The receptionist called my office at 7:30 to tell me the serviceman was on his way and would be at my house within the hour. I left work and waited for the serviceman who did not arrive for over an hour and every excuse and lie was used as to why the original appointment was not kept and why the serviceman could not make it when I was told he would be at my house when I arrived or shortly thereafter. i asked that owner of the company call me which did not happen. serviceman did his job when he finally arrived but the customer service of a company is what hurts companies and I will not use this company again.

Had them come by to give me a quote. They were 4 hours late and they gave me a huge list of things that needed to be repaired and that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I got 2 more quotes from other companies and nothing that times refrigeration had mentioned was actually broken. They were trying to ROB me.

Worst experience and customer service I have ever encountered. Professional crooks. Had a unit installed by them. Air stopped blowing cold so I called them for a service call(Tuesday). Technician arrived (Wednesday)and after seeing the ripped wiring and stretched conduit advised someone would come the following day since it was 4pm and wouldn't be able to finish repair before 5pm. No one showed up the following day(Thursday). On third (Friday)day I call them back and am told they are working on writing up the quote and that they will have it by end of day. Once again no call by end of day. I give them the whole weekend and once again on Monday no call. I call stating that they have been promising to have a quote for several days. Am told I will definitely receive it by end of day. I finally get a the quote after 5pm that Monday and it is a quote for a new ac unit for over 5000 for a small inefficient model. I immediately call back and am let them know the technician had said it was only new conduit needed. They resend me the same quote only adding $1240 quote handwritten at the bottom that states no warranty is given due to any unforeseen issues. Well that's when I go to check who installed the A/c unit to check my warranty and lo and behold it was installed by them. Unit still has 3 years left on warranty too. I call again (Tuesday)They ask me for an invoice number which I did not have and ask them to search it by name or address they say they can not find any matching installations at my unit. I let them know that I know for a fact it was installed by them. They say all they can find under the name I gave them was unit #88 at same complex. Seeing that unit was never owned by name I gave them that made zero sense. I called back and they said they may have found it but I had to make sure the serial number matched. It did match up and when I informed them they said the warranty may not be transferable or that since my unit may be discontinued it may not be able to be repaired despite still being under warranty. I asked them for a copy of the original invoice and they said since I wasn't the original customer that they might not be able to give me a copy despite the needing info on the invoice to transfer the warranty. The conduit was snapped off on my unit and on another unit also installed by them. The reason for this is that they didn't secure the unit to the roof they merely placed it on top of a two story roof unsecured sitting on some 4x4's. Which would inevitably cause the conduit to break as it did in my unit the unit next to mine and others installed by this company. When i informed them of this they attempted to place the blame on the roofers who had redone the roof stating that they removed the units to replace the roof. This was another lie and another attempt to deny any responsibility or to stand by their poor work. The roofers merely painted a coat on the flat roof and never removed the units. This company will do everything possible to make it impossible to claim any warranty work. They provide minimal quality and pride in their work. They merely install the unit knowing it will be run fine for a while and then attempt to sell you a unit rather than repairing their faulty work. They quoted me 1240 to rerun the conduit even after I told them this was due to their ineptitude they said they couldn't reduce the charge other than not charging me for the sales tax. I called a Licensed electrician and they showed up at 8am and rewired it by 9:45. I was charged under $300. This crooks added $1000 dollars to fair cost despite it being their work. Avoid them like the plague. They caused me headaches and a week without any a/c while they gave me the runaround.

Times Refrigeration installed my A/C unit in 2014. They have maintained it well. Their annual A/C maintenance rates are competitive with other companies. All the people at the main office, Rose, Claudia and Luis, are professional and courteous. The technicians show up on time and do an excellent job! If the parts, such as the motor on your A/C, are under warranty for several years, bring up this fact to Time Refrigeration and you will pay only for labor.

I had Times first come out to turn on heater, paid $85. Lasted not even the rest of day and night. Called next day to have some kind connector installed that was previously not connecting together for heat to come on. That lasted no more I than two hours for $150. Friday I have to call again. I am not paying them anymore monies to fix what they were to be doing twice now. This is not okay. El Paso

Tried to do business with this company. Set up an appointment one week I advance. Set up my weekend to allow for the 10 am appointment on Saturday. Called the company at 11:00 am to find out the status due to no one showing up. No one would answer ( Sat. hrs on their website shows opened until 1200) all voice mail boxes were full, finally found a mailbox to leave a message and to this date no one has returned my call ( 2 weeks). If you need service and you cannot reach the company, that's an issue.My household works on the 1 strike policy, you stand me up without a courtesy call, we are done.

We have had 4 service calls from Times Refrigeration over the past 2 years. One of those was a complete system upgrade, installing a more efficient unit that replaced one installed by the home builder. Each time we have been more than happy with the level of professionalism shown by the crews who serviced our equipment. They were on time or called to see if they could be early. They were courteous, left no mess at all and our dogs liked all of them. I will use them again for sure when it comes time to upgrade our 2nd system.
