Time Square

I stopped by to have a watch battery replaced. The staff was very courtesy and professional. I decided to walk the mall while the battery was replaced. However, I didn't get to walk long because they called me to tell me my watch was ready.

Took forever because the employees were too busy talking to each other. Plus the guy scratched the face of my watch and didn't even bother to apologize. Almost bought a watch from there but changed my mind after my battery change.

I asked the employee in this photo for directions to the bathrooms. He shrugged his shoulders and mumbled that he didn't know. I'm not sure if he's just hopelessly incompetent or very rude.

Time Square is a great place whenever you need to buy, repair your watch. During my visit the customers service was great. I needed to replace my watch band and it was done in less than five minutes.
