Tried this place with a friend. One of my friends is in the culinary arts and working in the kitchen; he helped us get a reservation. They do take some walk-ins as well. There are 2 seating times which are 6 and 6:30 pm only on Thursdays. They might have a lunch service on Tuesdays however, unable to confirm. They have a fixed price of 25$ for a 3 course meal and the menu changes with each month. I started off with the amuse bouche, which was simply amazing and the presentation was very simple; this is a complimentary item. The first course I selected was the corn and poblano soup; the dish was very well made with an outstanding flavor profile, the soup was close to room temperature which was the only downside. My friend tried the aguachile and he wasn't a fan of the pickled flavor however, the flavor profile was complex and nice for a simple bite. I ordered the chicken cordon blue which was decent but the chicken was overdone due to frying . The cheese stuffing was overpowering the chicken flavor. My friend's steak was spot on and excellent. For dessert we got the ChoClate French silk pie and the presentation was eye candy and it tasted smooth and rich. The ambiance is very good. Overall, the food was amazing, however, the service was poor and needs to be improved a great deal.

Even though this is a full scale restaurant it's located right in the middle of the EPPC campus off Viscount. When you walk in you're transported to a delicious adventure of superb appetizers, salads, main courses of beef, chicken, fish or pork and fancy desserts. It's part of the culinary school so the servers are learning their craft while the sous chefs are teaching in the kitchen and maitre d hover nearby. The food is like nothing I've ever tasted anywhere in the city. I've taken my friends there and they've taken their spouses or parents and everyone loved it. A dinner that would cost you $50 per person anywhere else (say Cafe Central) is about $20 here. You get a four-course dinner and the atmosphere and will feel spoiled. Plus you're helping future restaurant staff learn their craft. They take reservations for dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Found Thirteen09 on Facebook recently and was nothing but impressed with this wonderful 3 course meal. This atmosphere was breathtaking! I will definitely be keeping an eye on future service announcements to make a reservation for my next visit. Kudos to Chef Diaz!
