We found this place purely by accident. We weren't sure at first if we wanted to stay. Seating for 99 & we were the only ones there. Ray, the owner & cook was the only one there working.Sure glad we stayed! We had a combination plate with 2 tacos, 1 enchilada, rice & beans. DELICIOUS!As we sat there a father & his 2 sons came in. Found out that they come in at least once a week. After having the food, we see why. If we are ever in the area again, this will definitely be our first stop! Thanks Ray!!

I had no idea this place was open yet. I drove by on a way to a meeting and instantly spotted a sign for Philly Cheesesteaks. I was like what...??? This place is a new restaurant in Anthony? I decided to stop on my way back and instantly ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. My mom had the Mexican Combination Plate. My philly cheesesteak was amazing and the peppers and onions in it gave such a great kick. O didn't agree with the bread choice, but still really enjoyed it. The fries have this divine seasoning that also made them some of my favorite fries. My mom's combination plate came with a taco, tamale, chile relleno, gordita, and rice and beans. Only thing she didn't like was the taco and beans. The taco was too crunchy for her, and the beans...well our family is very biased. My grandmother makes the best beans we have ever had so it is difficult to find good beans. The chile relleno we shared because it was too spicy for her. It was perfect for me because I love hot stuff. This is seriously a hole in the wall that definitely does not look appealing at all. Although I have to say the food is worth it and the staff is amazing. The owners husband is also military so they have a variety of decorations honoring military. They even offer a discount to military and law enforcement. Great people and had an amazing talk getting to know them. Check it out, support a small business.

My wife had stopped in a week ago, and we were in the area, so we decided to stop in. The proprietors took us in last minute, though we offered to leave, as it was closing time. Made-from-scratch goodness, folks - stop in if you're in the area. Food - red chile enchiladas and a gordita plate - took me back to my childhood, and that's a good thing!!

This restaurant is a keeper!! Great comfort food with a gourmet twist. I went with two friends mainly because one is an identical twin and wanted to go because of the name sake. The "twins" who have the restaurant are so friendly and cheerful. We each had something different and everything was excellent. Can't wait to go back!
